James was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. He's very experienced and was willing to share advice, explain options, and help us understand our unit, how it worked, and how to get the most out of it. He came to our home to provide an estimate which was below other larger companies we explored. He explained everything thoroughly and came with his team to install the unit himself within a few days of having received all the parts. He then helped us get it running and explained how to season and operate it most efficiently. With just one minor exception, he was very responsive and reachable via phone or email. We will continue to contact James for maintenance and any future needed services. We definitely recommend him.
