Pedro's Landscaping

Excellent. I've used him for several years. He responds to my texts. He comes out, he does the work I asked, and his price is extremely competitive.

It was a huge job. Pedro was not able to come on the original day because of pouring rain. But her was here at 7:30 am the next morning with his crew. They mowed all the lawns. He not only cut the weeds down that were some up to 7 feet high, he also weeded them from the root so they would not come back. He cut down the weeds that were disguised as trees in front of the house. He and his crew put a solid 6 1/2 hours work in. They even pulled the raspberry bushes up that were growing through the deck because of the birds and squirrels dropping them in between the slats. He pruned my raspberry bush back from the driveway. He cleared everything from everywhere. He is coming back for a job of leaves from last year from the previous home owners. His prices are very reasonable. He is good for short notice too.

Another fantastic job from Pedro. A big mulching job, as we added almost 30% more area and asked him to create new borders, which he did with a beautiful sense of design and as always, perfectly neat, clean edging. I wasn't there to sign off on the way he designed the edging under some large trees, but I knew he would do a great job and he did.

Start service with short notice and come regularly. Doing excellent cutting and cleaning.

Pedro's team is meticulous. He has mowed our lawn a couple of times, and while most landscapers "zip in and zip out," Pedro and his team are careful and take extra time to make sure everything is done right. Earlier this summer, we needed a bunch of work done--all the garden beds needed to be mulched, and we had created a new garden bed that needed better definition around it. Pedro edged the new bed himself, and did such a precise job making the edges crisp and even. His team spent an entire afternoon carefully spreading mulch throughout our garden beds, evenly and neatly. Although we do much of the mowing for our property ourselves during the summer, I plan on using Pedro this fall for cleanup, fertilizing and any other needed landscaping. I highly recommend Pedro, and in fact, based on the work he's done on our property, my neighbor has also started using Pedro's landscaping.

Pedro came prompt on the appointment scheduled, finished work when scheduled, came back to unfinished area with mulch, edging and trimming as requested..

In spite of the fact that there was snow on the ground, Pedro was willing to come at the last minute to do as much spring cleanup as possible when we were about to put our house on the market. As it happened, there was a week or two delay, so he had a more open area to work with, but I was very appreciative that he had been willing to work in uncomfortable conditions if necessary to help us out. Other than that, not much to report--beautiful job, especially in carefully trimming down overgrown rhodies so that the trimming hardly shows (after appropriate warnings that I would lose bloom, which I ws prepared to accept.)

He does a fantastic job! He is a very honest person. He is also very reasonably priced.

Another great job from Pedro...responsive, reliable, meticulous work from a very nice guy...he also called me back to bring it to my attention that I had written the check for more than I owed him. The hourly rate for his guys isn't rock bottom, but they are extremely hard and diligent workers and do a terrific job, and probably very competitive with other services..

called pedro earlier in the fall to get on his list. he said he likes to wait until the last possible minute to get all the leaves at once, but watches the weather to make sure it doesn't snow. called me Thanksgiving weekend to say they were coming Monday, arrived with a crew of three and worked veryhard for eight hours in the rain. The lawn is immaculate!! not a leaf, seriously not one leaf left. Price may seem high, and maybe is a little higher than you could get if you look around, but not much. In addition we have a very large yard and the job they do just can't be beat. His phone is 617 590 7248.

Pedro is great, his rates are very reasonable, he's very friendly, prompt, and fast. He's been doing regular yard maintenance, fall clean ups, spring clean up and mulching for me for several years. He does work for me at my house and also at some rental properties that I own. Highly recommended!!

We recently purchased a new house. The seller did attempt to have the lawn hydroseeded but perhaps it was too late in the Fall when he did because by this spring, the grass was really not coming in as one would imagine. It was obvious we needed to do more work to get the lawn into even reasonable shape. We looked on AL's and called a number of landscapers. Most gave us the impression that they were too busy with spring work and that the job (as described) probably wasn't worth their time - since we just needed a fresh round of soil and hydroseed - possibly a one time thing and not a regular job going forward. I was surprised at how difficult itw as to get landscapers to come out to have a look and provide an estimate. Pedro, fortuantely, was very responsive and swung by on a Saturday to take a quick look, give me his immediate thoughts and give me a quote to have new top-soil laid down and new hyrdroseed sprayed. I'm still considering doing it myself but if I don't then i will definitely hire Pedro's Landscaping for the job.

I called Pedro in early April and made an appt for him to come and estimate doing our spring cleanup. He came on a Sunday and gave me an estimate; I got another from one of the companies that services a lot of our neighbors and it was at least twice as high as Pedro's. When I called him back he was able to schedule me for the following week; his crew was on time, worked a long day and then Pedro came back to finish up a couple of days later (they had slightly underestimated the amount of mulch and run out, otherwise they would have finished the same day.) Although the price seems high, almost 50% of it was the cost of the mulch; also, we have a very large yard. This was the first time we have had this work done and not done it ourselves, so I know how much time it takes, and I am entirely satisfied that Pedro's price was substantially less than any other landscape contractor would have done it for. If we had not gotten such a good price we would have continued to do it ourselves, which would have taken several weekends. In addition, the work was performed superbly. The edges were deep and sharp, the mulch spread thick and carefully and with regard to plants just coming up, and the leaves raked exactly far enough back to create a wooded boundary with our neighbors, while providing an attractive, neat understory for our shrubbery. Overall we couldn't be more pleased.

I would highly recommend Pedro and his crew. They did a fantastic job and I plan on using them throughout the summer to help patch dead grass.

I spoke to someone on Saturday and he asked me if he could come take a look at our property on Sunday before 1:00pm. I agreed that this would be ok. He then called me 1 hr later after speaking to me and asked if he could come Saturday. I told him no, because I wasn't at home. Sunday came and went! They never showed up and I never received a call from anyone stating that they were canceling. I waited around until 2:30pm, wasted my entire day. This is so unprofessional and I would never leave someone waiting around a courtsey call would have surficed.

He comes when you call him. A lot of people don't. He does excellent work. He listens to what you request and he does a great job. I have had him for snow removal and landscaping. I used him a month ago. I can't recommend him enough. He is reasonable, accurate.

Unfortunately, after almost 2 years relationship we had a billing discrepancy. Get the price for the job upfront and perhaps you won't run into the same problem. Keep track of the dates of service. Realize that the price will go up without notice.

Awesome. Pedro and his crew do great work. they will come right back if something is missed or you need more. Pedro has done fence work and tree work as well. If he can't do it he has a crew that can. All the work was reasonable and superior.
