+ -1 moreHe is very prompt. 100% professional. He is a higher end contractor, and his bid was very high in this particular case so we did not go forward with his company. But he is definitely someone to consider, especially if you are looking for higher end work and money is less important.
Description of Work: Abraham is a great guy, very smart with terrific ideas. He went through a house with us prior to purchase and gave us advice.

+ 2 moreOne Way did a great job overall; all of the guys I interacted with from the company were friendly and pleasant. They take pride in their professionalism and do high quality work. The additional cost involved in hiring the company, as opposed to identifying and coordinating individual service providers myself, was ABSOLUTELY worth it. There were some details that they overlooked initially - when I brought them to their attention they handled it immediately and most of it was under warranty. I continue to use them for smaller repairs as needed and they are always responsive.

+ 2 moreAbraham was very responsive in all phases of the project. His company always does what they say they are going to do. It is nice to deal directly with the Owner of the company, and we've never had any surprises in dealing with One Way Development. When there are unforeseen conditions (which is to be expected in an old home), they are good about letting you know the Risks/ Unknown conditions that could be encountered before they start the project so you can make an informed decision. We've used One Way several times for smaller projects and they always do a great job... this project went smooth as well and finished when they said it would at the cost they quoted.
Description of Work: Partial Interior Renovation of an old victorian home included demolition of walls, painting throughout, electrical work (relocated wiring/ new light fixtures & light/ ceiling fans with controls); re-sanding & polyurethane of hardwood floors (came out beautiful). Restoration of old craked ceilings into new, smooth & painted ceilings. New painting throughout. Complete renovation of (1) bathroom.
