They were professional, friendly, prompt, skilled, honest (they talked me out of two things because one was not necessary and the other was not possible during the winter), and VERY reasonably priced. they were fine with me changing my mind last minute about some things, and adding some others as I remembered them. I'm gathering items to have them fix in my new house.
Description of Work: They took care of a punchlist of things to get ready for an open house including: filling three large holes in basement floor with concrete; rebuilding steps in bulkhead; insulating all hot air ducts; installing wireless door bell; repairing broken front porch light; re-carpeting enclosed back porch; filling and repainting small, and large, holes in the plaster & horsehair walls; repairing loose shower fitting; taking down a chandelier and replacing it with another fixture; re-grouting around the kitchen counter and the bathtub; I think I'm forgetting some things, but you get the picture. They also just helped me out with chipping ice off the front walk and moving some heavy furniture. They did all that in THREE DAYS.
