Luis is far more than we expected . He has done work for us over 6 months and we found him to be highly reliable (does what he says, when he said it) and is very reasonable in his pricing. He is a pro who leaves the work area cleaner than he found it and does a meticulous job. His skills are many. For us, everything from mounting assist bars in the bathroom to weather stripping the doors to changing lightbulbs, replacing Shower door seals , remounting closet and cabinet doors, and the myriad of other things that happen over ten years of living. His painting work is precise and thorough. I would recommend Luis and his band of associates to do any work up to general contracting, confident in his work.

Luis was the best, super responsive and professional, and the price was right. He went above doing the job in an acceptable way, and actually improved our setup. Would definitely recommend!

Luis was great to work with on several small and larger projects in and around my home. His work was of good quality. He managed his crew for exterior projects: rebuild, repair and repaint of our porches and staircase; replaced, resealed and painted our front gutter; fixed all our gutters around the house, electrical inside house. For interior projects, he did many of them himself: replace shelving and hardware in kitchen cabinetry, refinish closet, fix leaky faucet, fix screen door. He had very smart ideas and worked to find the best solutions. We would work with Luis again and recommend him highly.

Luis was responsive and personable. He was available to complete the work in a timely manner, worked efficiently and the work was of high quality. Luis is professional and also cleaned up the work area well after each job.

Luis responded immediately when I contacted him. He is highly responsive and thoughtful. I heard great things about him from two friends who used him for various projects. He came and ripped up my carpet as planned. Left some staples but not a big deal. The only reason I didn't end up working with Luis for my painting is his price was a bit higher than I could afford. I will definitely call him for other projects in the future.

It was an incredibly over priced project for what it was. I was not entirely happy with the work. There were all kinds of things that just looked lousy for my exterior project. He immediately tried to sell me another project before he finished the first job. When I declined he became upset. I would not recommend him.

Excellent job with an eye for detail. He wants to have a good appearance and not cut corners.

Luis and Camillo did an outstanding job. The job was finished on time and on budget. I did not expect it to take as long as it did, but that it because I did not anticipate the detail and precision that Luis would put into the work. The cabinets look brand new, the subway tile backsplash looks incredible, and the walls and ceiling are expertly painted. Luis and his team provide quality, affordable work and do not bring up the "unanticipated costs" halfway through the project that other contracts do. We gave Luis freedom to select colors and design a lot of the updates, and we are very happy that we did. Wonderful job. A+

Luis is a true professional. He was very responsive to inquiries. He came promptly for an estimate, and then stood by that estimate, even when the project turned out to be a bit more complicated. He was willing to work on price as well. When the project was scheduled, he (and his team) came the next week, as promised, and finished the project on time, even during the busy season. Our project was "small beans" but he did it for us. His reputation is clearly very important to him! I look forward to contacting him again for similar projects.

His assessment of the repair work was accurate and the overall job was very thorough, perhaps even a bit beyond the original scope of the job, and I liked that. He dealt with a couple of other areas that were not a big problem now, but could be in the future

I would hire Luis again without hesitation. He was on time (early actually), he did what he said he would for the price quoted. He was super friendly. He installed everything I wanted and left the place neat and clean. He also gave his recommendations on a few other things as this was a new condo purchase, but he wasn't pushy. More importantly he kept me informed before the job, he returned all of my emails and phone calls promptly.

Very well. The two workers got the job done in no time and without incident.

Luis has helped us with multiple projects. He helped us fix a water damaged bathroom, by repairing the plaster ceiling, replacing an in-shower window and creating a leak proof sill, and tiling. He has also installed numerous fixtures for us and created shelves. He then helped us renovate another bathroom and installed a pocket door and built a custom vanity for a hard to fit space. Luis had a great team of guys that help him. What we also loved about Luis was his willingness to locate reused building supplies for us. Though it takes a little more time and effort, he was able to find a sink, a door, a window, and a granite countertop (all in perfect condition) through the Boston reuse center. It feels good keeping these things out of landfills and saved some money too.

I contacted Luis through Angie's list to rehang some kitchen cabinets. He was prompt with his response and completed the work the next week. Following the first job, he repaired the walls in my kitchen, repainted the kitchen and replaced a bathroom faucet. Luis was prompt, clean and provided high quality service. I will hire Luis again.

It went good. They were in and out within the recommended time.

He did a great job. He did not give me receipts for the jobs. He was very expensive.
