Description of Work: I am not knowledgeable about computers or programming. Over several technical difficulties with my computer, Ken was able to responsibly address the issue in a timely fashion. Recently, he worked at re-creating my several emails after AOL took over Verizon's client. When the system did not permit this, he connected with a Verizon technician to re-establish my set up. His knowledge of computers and programming is high quality and his professionalism is excellent.

+ -1 moreHe likes to ramble on and on and he talked about money a lot. I have never heard any other contractor talk about money as much as he talked about money. Even when I tried to redirect the conversation, he would just go back to talking about money. He made me uncomfortable and he spoke to me like I was a 9 year old. I know that he could of the job, but because he bedside manner was so terrible, there was no way I was letting him into my house.
Description of Work: I called him because I needed some work done on my computer.

+ -1 moreVery happy with service provided. Ken did a great job cleaning up damage from a very nasty computer virus. He was not able to restore functionality of Internet Explorer but came up with a workaround that lets me access the INTERNET, and we talked through options for getting Explorer back on line. Will hire Ken again when I decide which option to pursue.
Description of Work: Diagnose and correct virus problem.

+ -1 moreKen is a persistent troubleshooter and will work doggedly at the problem until it is solved barring an issue that can't be resolved at that time. He will answer questions or walk you through by phone later if these issues aren't resolved.
Description of Work: Repaired many accumulated "glitches" in our software programs resulting in email problems, loss of security program, spy ware problems, a good number of other smaller issues, and answered many questions for my continuing computer education. I had a list of 15 issues to address and resolve.
