They showed up when they were supposed to, they called in advance to tell me that they were on their way. They were very good.

Excellent customer service.I have bought, dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators and more recently a dehumidifier. Not only that, over the past 25 years have had many repairs on my rental property that Peter and Jimmy have managed to keep my appliances running in a very timely manner at reasonable prices.

Called them and they called me back the same day, told me that they will come on Saturday. They call me before they came out. They came, checked on my stove and it was really the igniter that was broken (his 1st evaluation over the phone). He replaced the part and my stoved is fixed. I paid the the price he quoted me over the phone. They were on time and very polite, I have already recommended him to 3 people.

It went excellent. They were prompt and professional. They detected the problem right away and corrected it. The technician name was Will and he fixed within an hour. It was also very reasonably priced.

Will was prompt and professional. Had the cover off in 10 minutes, and pointed out the symptoms of a failing compressor to us. He recommended a replacement over a repair. Explained a fair amount to us about what to look for in a replacement while he was reassembling the old unit.

It went well. Everyone was great and they were very easy to work with. Two came out to get the stove into the kitchen, then they left and a plumber came to do the actual hook-up. They left the area fine and very clean. The movers were prompt, but the plumber was a little bit late. The staff was just very, very nice. Everyone was very pleasant.

He has the nicest crew. They are very punctual. They didn't leave a mess. Peter is a very responsive, professional, and polite business owner. He can provide you with appliances you need.

The purchase went fine. Was able to complete over the phone since I knew exactly which appliances I wanted. The problem was all in the delivery and installation. Peter apparently subcontracts his installation to local plumbers. My delivery and installation was done by Rex. The delivery of the stove (LG gas double oven range) was OK, although Rex had to come back and level the oven after the initial install. The real problem was with the install of the dishwasher (Bosch 18" wide). Rex didn't seem to have experience installing the dishwasher, and left a ~4" gap under the counter. When he returned to fix the gap, he hiked the dishwasher up on a few flimsy plastic boards and "secured" the dishwasher under the counter using brackets that were taped on to the bottom of the counter. Within a day or so, the dishwasher tipped off the flimsy boards and the brackets dislodged and scratched the top of the dishwasher door. I called Rex to come fix it, but he was sick and never made it back. I ended up building a wooden platform for the dishwasher and reinstalled it with my brother-in-law. I called Peter to provide feedback about the process and my dissatisfaction with the service. I asked him if he would do anything to remedy my dissatisfaction (e.g., refund the delivery charge?). He said that he would think about it, but I never heard back from him.

Excellent. The owner is very customer friendly, the prices are excellent (especially delivery), and delivery was on time.

Talk with the president directly if there are any problems with installations or work to be done. Its not a reflection of him at all. the pricing is fantastic and he will match or beat any price. He also makes excellent recommendations.

I bought a fridge which was delivered. Unfortunately it was much too deep for the space (my fault for mentioning only the height and width I needed). I called and they very kindly brought a new one which did fit the very next week and took the old one away. They were cheerful and helpful and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

As all the other reviewers say, this is a great company. I ordered the washing machine by phone, based on consumer reports, they delivered it exactly when promised , and ran it through a cycle to be sure it worked, and removed the old machine.

Terrible! I had a horrendous experience with them last week. They gave me a 3 hour window to wait for them last Wednesday, between 11am and 2pm. So I arranged my schedule to be home for 3 hours in the middle of the day. No problem, it was worth it to me to get the dishwasher fixed. I spoke to the dispatcher at length and gave him my name and address, and the make and model of my dishwasher, and I told him what I needed. I bought the appliances from them, and they installed my refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and my oven. They also sent a repair person earlier this year to my home to replace the igniter on my oven. They had me in their system! Despite all of this, the dispatcher gave the repair person an address in Roslindale that does not even exist. I live in West Roxbury, where they came twice before to deliver and install my appliances and to make a repair earlier this year. The repairman called me at home and I have him my correct address. He came by at five minutes to 2pm, and after 5 minutes he told me I needed a spring on the dishwasher door. I knew this already. He said he would have to order the part, and I would have to block off yet again a 3 hour window to wait for them. He said the dispatcher did not tell him what was wrong with my dishwasher. At this point I got on the phone with the dispatcher and he claimed that I gave him the wrong address and my phone did not work (the same phone I was calling him on and the one his dispatcher called me on twice that day)! Then he started calling me and quot;sweetieand quot;, and quot;honeyand quot; and and quot;little ladyand quot;! At that point I used some choice words and hung up on him. I was outraged! The repairman said he would have the owner call me. He told me that the dispatcher had and quot;problemsand quot;. This was last week, and I still have not heard from the owner. No apology for getting my address wrong, my phone number wrong, not sending the repairman with the correct part in the first place, and for his dispatcher talking to me in a patronizing manner (after we spent over $10,000 with them on appliances for our kitchen over 10 years ago)! To add insult to injury, when I called the dispatcher, he had the wrong make and model noted for my dishwasher (the one they had sold me and installed - incorrectly, for me in the first place). Needless to say, I am done with them. I am a very reasonable woman, and as a small business owner I understand the need for good customer service. They are terrible!

It went very well. They came out the same day. The guy was very polite. The price was very reasonable. I would certainly refer them to others and use them again myself.

We needed a refrigerator ASAP and they were able to work around some crazy scheduling obstacles due to our leaving on vacation and our daughter being left at home and working full time -- we needed to work it out with our neighbor to be the call/receiving person -- they were very patient and very cheerful. They even called the evening before to say that the 3 hour window was still good, and that they would most likely deliver in the middle of that time. ;-) The refrigerator works well and there were no marks or gauges in the floor or door ways!

He arrived when he said he would, gave 2 options for solving the problem, which was that the washer would not drain because the device for keeping it from spinning when the lid was up was not functioning. Option 1: repair it; Option 2, disable it, for a much lower cost. Since there are no children in the house, we chose option 2. We chose Option 2.

Harrison is great! Their price was $40 less than Lowes, including all the hoses and parts that we would need. They called 15 minutes before delivery in the timeframe they specified over the phone. They arrived, performed the swap-out, and spent 10 minutes explaining the features to me and starting the machine for a quick cycle to test their installation before they left. They handed me the operating manual and other paperwork and removed all packaging and debris before leaving. Very polite! I provided an and quot;N/Aand quot; response to the quality category above because we've had the machine less than a week, although it seems to be working very well so far.

In an attempt to clean my dryer vent, I ended up dropping a plastic tube down the dryer vent. They removed it and prevented further damage to my dryer fan. The tube was logged in the fan. Prompt and professional service.

Originally went in looking to replace the range because the stove would not light. They did not have a range that I wanted, but when I explained my problem to the sales person, he told me they also do service. Had the igniter replaced and now the stove works fine.

Our ancient gas dryer had a broken belt the Friday before Christmas. I called Harrison to see when they could come and repair the dryer and the man was very apologetic that it would be Wednesday at the earliest. I wasn't in a rush, but appreciated his attempt at a fast repair given the holidays. The technician arrived on Friday (as I requested) almost in the middle of their allotted 9 - 12 window. The repair was very fast and the dryer is working again. Technician was friendly and cleaned up after himself.

Everything went well. The washer works fine now.
