Glacier Windows

Description of Work: We called and a representative came to the house & gave the estimate. Then Eliote came and verified the window measurements with his partner. He said they would be doing the install and would replace the rotted wood and that they were reputable and real stand up guys. When the day came to put the windows in, Eliote's father came with another gentleman and told us they were installing the windows as Eliote had another house he was working on. I pointed out the rotted wood and when told repeatedly it was not rotted and that it was fine to put the windows in and when they came back to verify that it was a successfull install. After speaking to the painter who confirmed it was rotted and should have been replaced-I could not get Eliote on the phone again until June. When I spoke to Eliote about the problem and he apologized for not calling back as he had some personal problems but he said he would set up a time to come look at it the next week. Again, I have left multiple calls and there has been no response. After many more calls to him and no response, I have windows that were installed on rotted wood and will now have to pay more money to have someone else fix what should have been done correctly in the first place.

Description of Work: We replaced all of the older windows in our home with high performing replacement windows. We wanted to be more energy efficient and preserve the looks of our home.

Description of Work: They put in 23 replacement windows.
