Originally cut selected granite incorrectly- hard to find slabs - were able to acquire an additional slab same batch # from another seller - came out beautiful in the end!!

As much as she was helpful, I went to another granite dealer where they were able to give a better price and install it sooner. She told me that it would take between two weeks to three weeks. I found a place where it would take between five to seven days once they took the measurements. Between the time and price, I decided on another place. We live very close to Falcucci Marble so it would have been good but I will remember them.

They were awesome. They rocked! The customer service was wonderful. The showroom experience was great. They were very helpful. The estimate was very accurate. They were great in anticipating questions and answering questions. Their estimates of how long things would take were very good and they were just pleasant to deal with. I loved the products. I found some marble on sale that was wonderful and they showed me this lab outside that was kind of neat.

The price charged was reasonable. They were about medium. I was completely satisfied with their work.

They are a local granite company and the price was very good. They had exactly what I wanted. Their work was very good; we had them come back to tweak a couple of things but they did this without any problem. They did it so perfectly and tightly that we had to have them come and shave a little off so that we could get the stove on. They did a very good job and it was as if it was built there. I looked at a lot of different places. I was nervous about them touching my kitchen but they were really very good. There is a lovely lady in the office and she was very nice. It wasn’t quite perfect the first time but they made sure it was perfect; every job needs to be tweaked.

This is the third time I've used Falcucci Marble. First time was for granite counters for my kitchen, the second for granite counters for my parents' kitchen, and now for my bathroom vanity. Each time it's been 2-3 weeks from picking out samples to finished work. Everyone's a professional - the office staff, the guy who does the template in your house, and the stone installers. The selection of stones is excellent, and the price has always been reasonable. Would definitely use Falcucci again!

I was somewhat unsure about how this would work because I have an old house and I was using my existing cabinets which I ended up reinforcing with some 2x4s. The folks at Falcucci were patient and had good ideas that yielded a great result. The work was done at the scheduled time despite some extra time that was needed to accommodate my uneven wall. I now enjoy walking into a high end looking kitchen that didn't cost a ridiculous price. It was all worthwhile.

This company is a family concern, with very basic offerings. The staff are friendly and helpful when they are available. They had the granite we were looking for in stock. Tom Falcucci met us and took us around to lay out the design, with a good eye. There was a delay on starting due to shipping issues from our sink supplier and their vacation. They did a superb job with the kitchen countertops, matching and seaming. The backsplash on one sink had to be adjusted, and they came back to pair down an edge that was bumping a cabinet door. In the bath, the tub surround was tricky, and they did not warn us the frame was not level, so the granite was not level. The carpenter made an adjustment afterwards, so it won't be under pressure, but this could have been coordinated better. He did supply matching shower shelves. The countertop on the half bath cracked, and he claimed it was superficial and wouldn't make good on it. We got only a verbal one year guarantee, nothing in writing.

Spent a lot of time in their shop, was told someone would call me and never ever received a call back. When I called the following week I was told something completely different. Felt they were very unreliable and did not have act together. Very disappointed. Wasted my valuable time.

EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAST, EFFICIENT, COURTESY, AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THIS TIME ONE OF THE SEAMS IN THE GRANITE COUNTER WAS A BIT MISMATCHED IN COLOR AND HE REPLACED THE ENTIRE SLAB SO THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
