I almost want to say ''like in the good old days'' because he understands service, does not leave you hanging if traffic ties him up, etc, and works odd (weird hours) which is idea for working people. Time, talent, personality and price. Unbeatable. Having a garage sale and selling furniture? Negotiate with him to be on stand-by for furniture deliveries. It makes sales easier.
Description of Work: The man with a van transports smaller items (in my case a lounge chair, swivel chair and cushions)too large to fit into a car. In my case, I saw these items advertised, decided I wanted them, emailed Mike with the location, item description and my home address. He responded almost instantly with a price quote. Best of all I paid via paypal: I paid him his fee and the price of the items I bought, he gave the money to the seller for me. It saved me a 50 mile trip.
