I didn't have to hacked him down just to ask questions. It was a great price. He was prompt. It was a high quality at a good price.

+ -1 moreRoberto was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and was so nice be around, so kind and accommodating. His team worked really hard and did excellent work at a reasonable price. He helped with other projects as well as windows, clearing out the basement and replacing shingles.

+ -1 moreWonderful. He was on time, professional. I felt price was very appropriate. He showed concern for the integrity of the door and made every effort to see that it was not damaged during the window replacement. I was very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Windows on original 1870 door had been replaced with plastic years ago and then they cracked. Roberto replaced the broken plastic with safety glass.

+ 1 moreRoberto is a great worker. He shows up on time and does not stop working all day.? Very neat and clean. I came home from running an errand and he was vacuuming my entire house. I cannot say enough good things about Roberto and his work. Finally all my windows open and close and I can see though them. I wish I could find more people like Roberto to work on my house!
Description of Work: Mechanical repair of 24 wood windows, replacement of 24 storm windows, window washing, replacement of cracked window panes.
