+ -1 moreexcellent service & communication. I have had several companies out to look at my rubber roof and 2 companies try to fix it in the past. Joe was the only one to correctly diagnosis the problem. He fixed it promptly and I have had no leaks even though we have had several major storms.

+ -1 moreTHE FOREMAN WHO CAME OVER TO GIVE US THE ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE ROOF URINATED ON THE ROOF WHEN HE THOUGHT HE WAS ALONE AND NO ONE WAS LOOKING. WE WERE TAKEN ABACK, BUT WILLING TO LOOK PAST THAT AS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. BUT THEN HE WAS DISMISSIVE WHEN WE ASKED QUESTIONS AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE WHEN WE CALLED FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION OF THE SCOPE OF THE WORK LISTED ON THE ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATE WE RECEIVED WAS MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IN TERMS OF COST, BUT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WAS TRULY BREATHTAKING.
Description of Work: WE DID NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO PERFORM ANY WORK. SO, WE CAN NOT SPEAK TO THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP. HE DID RETURN PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND WAS ONLY 15 MINUTES LATE TO OUR FIRST AND ONLY MEETING. THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE RECEIVING AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE OUR ROOF REPLACED.
