John was fantastic! He responded quickly to my call, arrived on time, listened well to my list of concerns, spent time to figure out where the mysterious leak was coming from. More importantly, he was willing to brainstorm the best solution and, in the end, suggest that I use a different type of contractor (a landscape/foundation person). John is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, honest, and organized. I will definitely hire him for future plumbing needs.
