Their service for landscape design and installation was not very professional. I initially liked their approach of charging hourly for time rather than estimating the whole project for a precise fee... until it took far longer than their informal predictions, in some cases to correct errors they made (moving shrubs they placed beyond our property line, which we had marked). We ended up only being able to afford 50-60% of the work we wanted done. Some expenses resulted from poor planning - they needed an additional day of equipment rental when they could've easily finished that job in one day with advance planning. One shrub that was improperly placed and had to be moved sustained damage (a large gash in its bark due to the moving equipment) and is half-dead but the company refused to replace it per their warranty, claiming that the shrub died due to lack of sunlight in its location rather than the injury sustained at their hands. Not only is that improbable, it seems to me that even if lack of sunlight was to blame, a landscape designer should have some responsibility to warn you that the location was ill-suited. Overall, the work was done fine - the remaining shrubs are growing happily several years later, the lawn grew in pretty well where they seeded it. They do a decent job if you keep your eye on them, they aren't awful, but I would not recommend them given that the work ended up costing twice as much.

I was looking for help with fall clean-up, so I called them on a Friday about a month ago to see if they would come to give me a quote. They said they will come the following Monday. On Monday, I called again, they still said that they would show, but never did. They never called me back to explain or reschedule. No need to say, I took my business elsewhere.
