Description of Work: Two shower/baths were replaced. From the very beginning, Steve came out with samples and did measurements, and offered recommendations. There was no pressure to buy more than we wanted and he made sure everything was as we wanted by following up with questions to confirm. The guys who came out on 2 different days for each shower, were extremely efficient, personable and cleaned up as if nothing had happened. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and it's quality. I highly recommend them for any bath work you need!

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel including toilet, vanity & sink replacement, new floor and amazing tub liner and wall. Great to deal with, prompt and the result is wonderful. Would definitely recommend South Shore Dream Bath and would use them again !

Description of Work: Removed 20 year old fiberglass shower with sliding doors. Repaired ruff in and installed drywall. Installed new custom shower and sliders. The whole job took less than 8 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Installed new tub/shower with Acrylic surround and semi frame-less glass doors. Steve arrived at our home a couple days after we contacted SSDB and gave us a detailed written estimate before leaving. He was very knowledgeable and extremely cooperative working with-in our time frame. All of our calls where answered or returned in a timely manner. The installers arrived as scheduled and stayed until the job was completed. Rich and Tony are extremely hard working and professional at their trade and did an excellent job. Jay the plumber did an outstanding job as well. We are very happy with the finished product and already plan to hire them again for additional work.

Description of Work: I first discovered South Shore Dream Baths while visiting the Home Show in Plymouth, MA during early 2011. I was impressed by their shower display and the knowledge of bathrooms by Steve Ryan, one of the owners. Shortly thereafter I contacted Steve and we set up an appointment for him to come out to the house to look at the project. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon date and time. I think Steve provided a written proposal before leaving to remove an existing fiberglass tub/shower unit and replace it with a new shower with thick "S" cut glass doors and shower shelf, soap dish, etc. I did get a couple of other prices which were lower however neither were proposing the glass doors of the qualitity South Shore did. There were a couple of other things (shower light, different fixtures, etc)) that the others cut back on to come to a lower price and we decided in the end to go with South Shore Dream baths. The installation date was scheduled for approximately one month after we signed the agreement. Unfortunately one of the shower panels cracked prior to installation and delay the completion for a few days. Not a problem as we have other bathrooms.
