It turned out the guys who worked on our SubZero was one of the owners of the company. He did an excellent job. We were really worried because we had had another vendor out and they were not willing to work on or refrigerator. Northeast Appliance did a great job they got the right parts they did it quickly and everything works great now. I would highly recommend them!!!

Electrolux washer broke in December. Contacted Northeast Appliance Pros and were available to come within the week before Christmas. Tech came to the house on 12/22/14 was told we need a new sensor. Part was ordered. Did not hear from the company for 3 weeks. We called the company, and we were told the the part was on backorder. Tech finally came out 1/26. He told us the wrong part was ordered and would have to order a new part. Company had to cancel 2 appointments due to snow. Tech was able to come back to the home on 2/12, replaced part within 10 minutes. 3 days later we found water coming out of the machine and the same original error message appearing. Will use another company from now on.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I was given a 4 hr. timeframe during which the technician would arrive. He arrived within the said time period. He was personable and professional. He looked at both washer and dryer, provided recommendations, and was gone within half an hour.

The amount of time between messaging them from my Angies List query to when I got a call back was less than twenty minutes. I was really impressed. They made an appointment to come out at a time which worked for us, and were right on time. The repair required ordering a part, and I was provided with an estimate before it was ordered. The price of the replacement part was a little higher than I would have thought for this old washer, but I know it was a quality part, and will keep the old beast running. Repair took place with no scheduling drama, and everything works perfectly again.

Great job! Same day service. Technician arrived within the designated window and diagnosed issues with washer. Was very helpful in providing feedback on whether or not to repair or replace. Ended up deciding to replace the washer due to motor and transmission not working. Was very appreciative to have gotten answers so quickly so that I could make an informed decision and move forward with getting a new washer.

The service went fine. I did have to pay an additional fee to have them replace a part. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He was prompt and left no mess after the job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I called several companies and Northeast was the only one that was willing to send out someone that evening. Since it would have been very late, we agreed to put it off until the following morning at 8:30. He was here right at 8:30, came in to access the situation, identified the problem and had the part in the truck. Very efficient and professional. I would definitely call them again for an appliance repair.

Everything went great. We have no complaints and will use them again in the future if needed.

Refrigerator stopped working the Saturday before Thanksgiving! i called at 8 a.m., left a message and they called me back before 9 a.m.. The repairman was to arrive between 12 and 2 and he called to ask if he could come earlier. He arrived, got the refrigerator working but something needed to be replaced (some computer panel). He said they would call Monday with a price of the item. They did call, gave me the estimate and I gave the go ahead. Expect installation in about 3 days. The office called later that day to say that they had encountered a delay getting it from the distributor and it may take 2+ weeks. Since the machine was working, I decided to stick with Northeast. 2 days later they called to say they had located the panel and could come that day - the day before Thanksgiving! They arrived, put the piece in and the cost was LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE!!! I would use these people any day. They were great! The repair men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have to thank Angie's List for being there for us.

They contacted me within the two business days as they were supposed to per Angie's List. I ended up notifying them that I had fixed the issue myself. They were professional and responsive. I would consider using them in the future and recommend them to others.

Northeast Appliance Pros were professional, punctual and helpful. The service provider pointed out things that were more urgent and less urgent to fix, though he offered to fix all of them. This helped me to prioritize which services to order immediately and which ones we could wait on. I appreciated his candor.

Punctual, friendly, communicative- good in all respects except the price. I doubt the part was more than $20-30.

It took him no time at all to correct the problem. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

In the end, my refrigerator was not fixed and I had to just buy a new replacement. The refrigerator was not cooling properly. I talked to the technician, who told me that changing the fan in the freezer would fix it. I was told it was a special part that he could change on the spot if he had it (he brought one up from his truck). I bought a deal, but the credit was not enough to cover the cost, so I had to provide a credit card for the rest of the fees (for parts and service). It cost me around $200 (I can't remember exactly and I don't have the receipt on me), about half the cost of a new refrigerator. I find out later that the refrigerator is still not cooling properly. I call them again to get more information, but did not receive a reply. In the end, I ended up just replacing with a new refrigerator and swallowing the repair cost.

In both cases, the home office was a pleasure to work with. They were professional and punctual . The tech was on time, pleasant to work with, and was sure to show me his work at each step of the process. I ordered the new parts, scheduled the seervice, and had it executes. I love working with this company because the tech will call you an hour before he arrives. This means I don;t have to sit around waiting for them

Our freezer had iced up and the unit was not keeping temperatures low enough. After finding out that we would not be able to buy a new, larger refrigerator due to space limitations with our current cabinets, I looked on Angie's List to find a nearby appliance repair company. Northeast Appliance Pro's had great reviews and isn't terribly far, so I figured I'd start with them. Called late in the afternoon and they said someone could come out the next day. When they asked how I heard about them, I mentioned Angie's List and was offered the 10% off coupon without having to bring it up myself. The next day I received a call maybe halfway through the scheduling window stating that the tech was delayed on a previous job that had run longer than expected. They offered to either reschedule at a suitable time, or still have him swing by whenever he was freed up. I chose to still have him come that day. I later received a call when he was on his way, and he didn't end up being very late anyway. Overall great communication, which is exactly what you want in this situation. The service tech Brian diagnosed the issue as a burnt-out board within maybe 30 min. They carry replacement boards right in the van, so there were no parts to order. Everything was fixed immediately that day, including defrosting of the freezer, and leaving fridge running better than ever. My final price was under $300, and included the 10% Angie's List coupon. Overall, I couldn't be much happier. Thanks!

Through absolutely no fault of his own, the tech determined that the cost to repair the dryer was too high and just not worth it. Disappointing, but I'm very glad he was honest and didn't just go ahead with the expensive repairs anyway! I will definitely use them for repairs again in the future.

They responded the same day as called and accurately diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator.
