I can't speak highly enough of Northeast Appliance Pro's Inc. I shopped around on Angie's List and received two other bids, which were much higher. When I called Northeast, the customer service rep. was fantastic, friendly, knowledgable and professional. she provided me with a quote for labor and parts that day. Part needed to be ordered, I was called on the day the part came in and scheduled a service time.Service repairman came out and was punctual. Replaced the part quicklyand did not leave any mess behind. Hopefully, I won't need an appliance fixed for a long time, but if I do, I will be calling Northeast Appliance.

They came when they said they would. No small talk. Worked right away and even had to get a part which was unexpected. He was very professional Did not make phone calls while working. Finished the job completely. I was totally satisfied. I would call this company again.

The oven did not work, and I had 2 turkeys to cook for Thanksgiving dinner!! I called Northeast Appliance Pros and was told that someone would be able to be at my house within 2 hours. The gentleman arrived on time. He was very pleasant and was able to have the oven in working order within an hour, and had the part he needed in his truck. Without him we would have had spaghetti for Thanksgiving! I recommend this company most highly and would call them again in the future.

I contacted Northeast Appliance Pros because my refrigerator was turning off at odd intervals and for long periods of time. I wanted to see if my 15+ year old appliance was ready for retirement. I got a much appreciated slot to come out and take a look the very next morning. The time frame provided was 8am-12pm. Buzzy, the repairman arrived before 9 am the next day. A friendly and most helpful guy who informed me that my fridge was certainly worth hanging on to. He took the time to check each possible issue and arrive at the conclusion that the part would need to be replaced. He stated that it would take a few days for the part to come in and not long to fix once it did. The next day, Friday, I got a call with a quote for the repair and I gave the go ahead to order the part. I got a call on Monday indicating the part was in and they were ready to install. Buzzy was back a couple days later when I was able to be home from work. Again he arrived right on time, quickly completed the repair and also provided some tips on how how to take apart my freezer drawer for cleaning and how an icemaker line is installed ( I had never hooked mine up!( The service experience overall was pleasant, on time, within the projected cost and with some added bonuses. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Super friendly and explained everything. I wish it wasn't an $85 service fee AND $49 for labor for what took such a short time to diagnose and fix, but all told, the price to have it done so quickly was less than I anticipated before I called. I would definitely use them again. The 10% off Angie's List coupon definitely helped too!

I called Northeast Appliance because my fridge was steadily getting warmer (but not the freezer). I was very pleased that they were able to come out the next day. The freezer had to be defrosted, which they did, and It needed a small part, which he had in the truck After about an hour the fridge was fixed!

Came same day I called because tenant's fridge wasn't working. Fridge was 2 months out of the warranty. Part ordered and replaced within few days.

They came and diagnosed the problem on a Tuesday, called back with an estimate on Wednesday and ordered the parts. Parts came in on Monday and work was completed Monday. Everyone was easy to work with and arrived on within the time specified.

We couldn't be happier with the services received from Northeast Appliance. They under-promised and over-delivered at every turn. The service was friendly, prompt and professional. We would recommend them without reservation for any appliance related repair work.

Northeast Appliance was prompt, professional and quickly repaired my washer. When I initially called, no one picked up, so I left a message. A very short time later, then gentleman returned my call and patiently listened while I explained the problem. We set an appointment for the next day. The gentleman came, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I also received a 10% discount from the Anglies List referral. I will definitely use Northeast Appliance again.

I have used NEAP twice - once for my Whirlpool front-load washing machine that wasn't working, and once when the Whirlpool tumble drier (spot a trend?!) started smelling like burning. Both times they were on time, professional, courteous, and solved the problem straight away - they really are the experts. For the washer, I'd actually had A&E Factory Appliance out twice already trying to fix it but they totally missed the problem (and had terrible customer service)- the owner of NEAP who came to service it immediately identified the problem and fixed it with a pin! The washer was covered under warranty; the dryer wasn't, but I thought the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

A receptionist answered the phone and set my appointment. The business owner came to fix an error message preventing my Frigidaire dryer from working. He visually checked my circuits and the power cord. He then chatted with me while he dismantled the entire interior of the dryer to see if certain parts were in working order. They seemed to be, but he replaced some things to see if it helped, which it didn't. Then he double-checked the circuits and found that the one the dryer was on was one switch spanning two circuits (so one of the two circuits could have been tripped without the switch moving). He flipped the switch, and the problem was fixed. He charged me the standard rate to have someone come to the house, but nothing additional for (unnecessary) parts and labor. Frank and friendly individual.
