Description of Work: "Tune-up" of three appliances was what we paid for. This was the worst "professional" experience I have had in a very long time. They should take the word "Pro's" out of their name. Two people came into our home and we still don't know what the second person was there for). They poked around behind the washer/ dryer / refrigerator. They looked at the dishwasher (that was the main problem as it was not functioning) and told us that it needed a new electronic part. They left our home after having made their USELESS call and, hence, their money and the dishwasher still didn't work. In fact, it didn't work even AFTER the electronic part was replaced. Long story short..... A HORRIBLE company with very poor customer service. We will NEVER use them again!! It was our first time using Angie's list as well so we won't be using "Angie" again either.

Description of Work: The technician diagnosed and replaced igniters for broiler and oven in my stove. Just used it a few times since and so far, so good! The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very nice! Got right to work and cleaned it all up after.

Description of Work: The technician identified the reason for my dryer to not become hot. He spoke about it as he fixed it with his trainee. The thermostat was no longer working. The problem was immediately resolved. The visit took 15 minutes. The lady, who booked my appointment was very response to my unusual circumstances for which I needed it repaired. She kept me informed on scheduling for the day and was more than generous with her time.

Description of Work: They were very responsive. They came out once to inspect a broken refrigerator, diagnosed the problem and called to reschedule a time when the technician could come and make the repair. The promptly came the following week after they found the parts and made the repair. They followed up and were very professional calling me to schedule appointments and the technician called a half hour before arriving to alert us. Excellent company with great communications.

Description of Work: Dryer did not turn and neither did tghe washer agitator. Both problems corrected quickly

Description of Work: They quickly identified the problem of why the temperatures of both the freezer and fridge had risen to an unsustainable level. I was afraid it would have to be replaced, but the technician, who was very nice, efficient, and neat, said it was a chip in the internal computer. He ordered the part and within 10 days max it was back to it's normal, good running self. So no new refrigerator, thankfully.

Description of Work: Found problem with dishwasher. Ordered part. returned in3days. Installed part and we were back in business !Entire transaction was civil, professional and complete. Kevin went about his business quietly and professionally to fix the problem . Everything works properly. I don't have to pile up the dishes tonight !! Thanks Angie and Kevin.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator and freezer had stopped cooling properly. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem (a heating coil was broken) and had the replacement part in a few days.
