The quality and service were fine. In retrospect, I wish we’d gone with a contractor who builds with wood and not prefabricated metal panels but that’s not the fault of the company.

Good price, work was quick. Completed in one day.

We found Evans Home Improvement on Home Advisor and within the next business day was contacted by Larry Evans to discuss our needs for a new screen room for our deck. Larry came to the house personally to assess the deck and provide a bid for the work. Once the materials were available the work was completed quickly with no inconvenience for me because everything was outside. The team left the yard clean and the room looks great!

The second day of the job I came home to find the installers inside my house without my prior knowledge or permission. I was not pleased and told them. Their reply was oh, the window was open. That does not excuse their unauthorized entry.

Frank Evans Company aka Evans Home Improvement did a great job building our sun-room. Working with co-owner Larry Evans was a pleasure. He provided a plan and his presentation was no-pressure. Throughout the process Larry answered all calls promptly. Their cost was among the lowest of six contractors we looked at. Our sun-room is a gable design with double pane low-E windows all around, insulated floor and ceiling; the roof was shingled to match the house. The quality and workmanship were top notch. The crew (our foreman was Jaime) was professional and easy to communicate with. The project started on time, and they showed up each day on time and cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. In addition, we had our sliding door from the kitchen replaced with a new double French door into the sun-room. I believe in many cases they can build on top of an existing deck. However, I felt our deck was not structurally sound so we had that base replaced with solid new construction and pilings. We would highly recommend them.

Larry made the process from design to implementation very easy for my wife and I. The work crews were professional and very clean. While the project took a bit longer than originally anticipated overall we are very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. We feel that we received good value for the cost of the screen porch.

The Evans brothers did a 3 season room for us 20 years ago, on our 62 Peter road home.I walked by that house everyday and missed having that room on our new house now, at 52 Peter Road. NEEDLESS to say we didn't move far. WELL we loved the first three season room so much, loved the work that the Evans brothers did the first time, we called Larry up and now we have a beautiful space to enjoy all season long on 52 Peter....

They returned to repair a leak in a door they installed.
