They were pretty good. They stuck with the price they quoted. They came and did the work when they were supposed to do it. They were good. My overall experience was good with them. I would use them in the future.

CertaPro submitted the lowest of the several bids we obtained, and the job was completed on-time and with excellence. I was impressed with the neatness of the crew and their attention to detail. The owner, Lou Nejame, and his site supervisor, J.R., are professionals who place a high priority on customer service and satisfaction. They made the whole process a breeze, and the house looks great!

They were courteous, on time, completed the work promptly and gave a very good estimate. They did quality work and I was pleased with them. I had a very good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I expected the job to last at least 3 days, but they were able to complete the work in one. The thing I liked most, was they came and did the work when they were suppose to. Also, I didn't have to pay until I was satisfied with the work. The on-site supervisor came back the following day and we did a walk through making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

They came when they said they would. They started work right away. Phase 1 and 2 took only one week. The quality of work is excellent. The painters were very professional, polite, and neat. They paid very close attention to detail. They are now doing other rooms in the house.

Well, after having the bad experience with the other painter who did not honor his warranty, we were skeptical of contracting with another painter. After receiving a great endorsement about Lou NeJame of CertaPro Painters, I decided to join Angie's List to see if others posted comments. I was relieved to see they had a good rating. I contacted them to schedule the project around my father's medical treatments. Sabrina, the office manager, was professional and courteous and promptly returned my call if I left a voice mail message. This morning, my mother called me at my office to explain that she had met J.R. Reis and was very impressed by him and his crew of six men. She provided details about what they were doing and how hard they were working. My mother is not easily impressed. She is a tad cynical given her prior experiences with the former painter. I was relieved because this was my second recommendation and we all know how the first paint job turned out. As I was driving to my parents' home after work to see the paint job, I was mentally trying to prepare myself that the paint may not be a 100% match and I may have to have the whole house repainted. As I drove down the street toward their home, I was shocked, but pleasantly shocked by fact the color was a perfect match. I could not tell where the new paint patches began or ended. To be honest, I was elated because we had been trying to get this repainted for over two years. They painted the trim and removed and rehung the shutters. It looks like the whole house was redone. J.R. and three of his men were still working when I arrived. It was good because I was able to meet them and thank them for a great job. I was so happy that I wanted to get home and post a comment because they really impressed me. I apologize if this was too long but I wanted to relay that my parents and I were very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Lou's company.

They did a great job in two days time. They moved the furniture for us. They only got one drip on a window screen. I thought that they did a great job.

Always prompt - on time for appointments. Answered all questions very - professional complete written proposal. Work performed to our satisfaction.
