The best workers overall a great experience

We hired Backyard Experts for a retaining wall replacement and I was pretty happy with the overall outcome until I noticed an issue with the grade/slope of the wall. When I brought it to Ronnie's attention he didn't hesitate to acknowledge the issue and immediately told me he would address it. Within a couple of weeks he had another crew out to the house and they didn't do any half measures. They demo'd and re-built the wall. Excellent, responsive customer service after the sale. I plan on contacting Ronnie again for future hardscaping needs.

I got their name from my Angi search, and I checked out some of their work, saw that they were nearby, and called them for a quote. Of the 5 prices I was given, theirs was the best, and we are very happy with the work they have done.

I received a prompt response from Ronnie. The repair of my brick walkway was done quickly and expertly.

I hired Backyard Experts to demo and remove old pressure treated walls and replace with cement block wall. They did an amazing job. Ronnie is great to work with and his crew are great workers. I do not recommend, Ronnie was very unprofessional, I assume he is the owner He followed up as I was trying to accommodate my mom in Newton her house needs landscaping and eventually hardscaping once she gets the garden activities under control First I expressed itâ s time sensitive and that she is ((Disabled)) Iâ m trying to coordinate on her behalf He implied his lawncare team will reach out Immediately a RED Flag!!!! He claims to be So PRE occupied on Facebook showcasing videos as if he is the Best in class Highly DISHONORABLE No one called me back after 4 days I called the owner Ronnie who picked up and immediately BRUSHED me off and Abruptly hung UP the phone He is disgraceful and I would Only use with Caution, use at your Own risk and if anything avoid At all costs Not reputable and very shady and sketchy as they PRIORITIZE more on hard scape vs establishing or retaining new quality Landscspe needs first!!!!! Wow Iâ m beyond disgusted and Iâ m at a loss for words for the nonsense monkey business I will move on with a more reputable company as I can NOT count on these backyard dysfunctional company, thru canâ t be bothered to genuinely follow up on behalf of disabled people in need of services willing to pay CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ronnie was able to work with me on some changes and additions .His crew was on time and were knowledgeable on all masonry work. Would hire them agin.

this is a great company to do business with they came in on the first day and got everything done and on the second day was finished!! i got 4 estimates and they where the lowest so i was ware but they did one off the best jobs i have ever seen all my neighbors are saying what a great job i will be doing business with them in the near future again if you need something done call them first or last but definitely call them you will be very happy you did !!!!!!!

The price was very competitive. We had them build a 55â x 2.5â H from scratch. Install a 4 ft section of cobblestone in the driveway. Redo the cementing of the bricks in the sidewalk. These guys are great!
