Rich was on time, patient, and extremely informative. We are first-time home buyers and I am one of those people who likes to ask a million questions. He encouraged my questions, shared ways to fix problems to code (inexpensively), crawled in and behind places I wouldn't have even thought to go, and informed us what should be done right away and what can wait. His report was sent quickly and was incredibly detailed with photos and step-by-step instructions and examples. He explained how everything in the house worked (from the furnace, to the roof's ridge vent), we were truly pleased with his work. Our realtor was also very impressed, especially that he was able to fit us in on a Sunday when I called him on Saturday afternoon! I have already recommended him to my parents who are looking for a new home and friends who are on the hunt as well.

Rich was on time and was very professional. He checked out the whole house top to bottom and answered all my questions and all that I might have had. He was very thorough with each task and showed us everything that may be of concern and told us how to protect our investment for the future.. Very friendly and personable. Great job Rich. Normally do not write reviews, but when I get such a great product or and/or the service is above and beyond, I think it is the least I can do. Rich does everything you would want and need for a home inspection. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Feel confident about the house I am purchasing and added bonus of having lists of things I should be doing after the sale. Thanks, Rich!
