Description of Work: 1. Installed brick edging along a gravel driveway and walkway. Instead of making sure that the colors were uniform, choosing either to use a) bricks where all 4 sides were of a uniform color, or b) using just the sides which were "brick color", Libby intermittently used "striped" sides of bricks. It looked terrible! I had already paid him in full when I discovered this. Dispite agreeing, several times, that he would come back to correct his mistakes he never did! This was not an inexpensive project, and these were glaring inconsistencies. In 2.5 years he has never made this right, & clearly doesn't intend to

Description of Work: Libby's receptionist/wife, Melinda, promised that by 6 a.m. the morning following our last blizzard of 8-10", her husband would have plowed out my driveway. I had spoken with her twice about the job, giving latitude to do it at his convenience within that time frame. She indicated that would not be a problem. She had clarity as to my address, and had my phone number as well. (I am crippled & depend upon people being able to access me in my house. I require access from the garage in order to go to medical appointments, usually the only reasons for which I leave my house.)
