Well,it started out great. After a couple of visits and email and phone exchanges to be sure Bobbi's cleaner and our wishes were in sync. we were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, sometime in May (or so) 2 things happened that ended up totally souring the experience. Bobbi ( the owner ) got an injury and our regular bi-weekly cleaner left. We were never notified that the house cleaner had changed even though we left notes every time for the original cleaner. When we contacted Bobbi, it took her more than a week to get back to us and then she explained about her injury and that she had been away from the business for a couple of weeks, and she apologized that the person covering for her never contacted us to advise that our cleaner had left and that we now had a new person. We were ok with that, but we noticed that some of the work wasn't being done as well as we wanted, and also that the new cleaner was marking off things on the cleaning sheet as done, that clearly had not been touched. When we wrote to Bobbi about this in hopes of getting things straightened out, we did not hear back for a couple of weeks. Then I noticed a credit for one cleaning applied to my account, via the standard email and I assumed that Bobbi felt badly about our problem and was crediting us for one of the visits not done up to par. I was wrong. On the next day the cleaners were to come, I got an email from Bobbi that morning telling us that they were not going to do our cleaning any more. No discussion. No warning. Just, "we aren't showing up" on the day we expected them. Although I feel badly that Bobbi had a medical problem, I still feel that as a paying customer for several months we were owed better communication and a response to my note with photos showing Bobbi that the cleaners had lied about what they had done while they were here. But all we got was "goodbye" and a wait of nearly a month after emails and phone calls to get our key back. We have since contracted with an independent cleaning person at about half the cost of what we were paying Cleaning Divas and we are very happy. I am sorry to give a negative review, but people in business need to understand the importance of communication and responsiveness. So my overall score of 3 is really an average of 5 for the way things started out and 1 for the way they ended. I hope she is feeling better and has gotten her communication issues straightened out.

We used Bobbi to do a deep clean in November 2013 before we moved into our new house. She and her team did a fantastic job! I already left a raving review on this site for her services back then. We loved her so much, we didn't hesitate to contact her and her alone to come back for another cleaning. In fact, two of our neighbors are also looking for cleaning and we gave them Bobbi's number to call. We first started calling over a month ago. I emailed twice, filled out the form on her website, and left 3 or 4 messages at both the business and cell numbers. Not one response back in all this time. I have no idea why there would be no response. Everything went extremely well at our first cleaning, we got along great, and have had nothing but praise for Bobbi and her team with everyone we meet. I am now only sorry that we recommended her to our neighbors. I have checked her Facebook page and she is actively on there, so it saddens me that we would get no response. If she is too busy or for some reason isn't interested in our business, it would have been nice to at least get some sort of acknowledgement. If you can get her to respond to your inquiry, I'm sure you will be more than satisfied with the results, but I am dismayed by the lack of professionalism and responsiveness she has shown.

I hired Bobbie's Cleaning Diva's as a gift for my mother. From the beginning my experience with Bobbie was top-notch. She was extremely responsive, returning my voicemail within 24 hours and my emails even quicker. She was extremely thorough in her explanation of what her team would clean and how they would do it. She was very sweet and talked to me quite a bit to make sure I was getting the experience I wanted for my mother's home. I was able to schedule a cleaning the following Monday (we spoke on Friday), which was wonderful. Here is what my mother had to say: "Well, I just got the best gift in the world from my very thoughtful daughter ? a thorough-top to-bottom cleaning of my house right before Christmas! Now Santa will not choke on the dust when he slides down my chimney! Working too many hours per week leaves me with very little down time. I want to see family or do something fun with what little time is left, so this was the gift of free time, as Bobbie said when she came by to do her walk through prior to the cleaning. What a gift! Bobbie explained all the wonderful things her divas would do ? so that I wouldn?t have to! She is so thorough ? she has a checklist ? like Santa ? and the wonderful divas who arrived a while later proceeded to do a detailed high to low cleaning of everything in my house! It was Santa?s workshop before my very eyes! The baseboards, the ceiling fans, the kitchen cabinets, the BLINDS ? every slat, the hardwood floors, the bathrooms top to bottom, the furniture and rugs were vacuumed ? every baluster was wiped down on the stairs and in the loft ? I could go on for days. This Company is made up of wonderful, caring women who are hardworking, detail-oriented, friendly, respectful, and they give back. The company partners with the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation, which provides free cleaning for women undergoing cancer treatment. How could anyone not give this company a try - a company with a heart and a conscience that also does high quality work. I?m sold ? Bobbie?s Cleaning Divas make it feel like Christmas all year long!"

We just purchased our home in Fairhaven and it had been sitting empty for over 4 months. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we both work full time so I contacted Bobbie's cleaning divas and within a couple days she had come out to do the estimate. 2 days later her divas were cleaning our house. They cleaned all the windows, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and den. They also cleaned all the floors. They really did remarkable job and now we can start moving in. Thank you Bobbie and your divas!

It was very easy to book it, and very through as far as pricing with square footage, pets, how many bed/baths how many floors. This was all done before the actually cleaning, gave a price thought it was reasonably. Had them come out they were there when they said they would be. Very professional!!

They were on time and professional. They were courteous and did an excellent job. They stayed until the job was finished.

Two of Bobbie's Divas tackled this very dusty space and transformed it in the course of the day. In the downstairs hall and stairwell, I had expected that they would simply dust and clean around the equipment that was stored there, but she took the mess in stride and said she could thoroughly clean the stuff and the space -- and she did! -- including wiping down the very dirty risers on the stairs -- so that it practically sparkled! The rest of the space was throughly cleaned top to bottom, including wiping down all the window and door frames and baseboards. I seldom find other people who clean as well as I do, but these two gals did a superb job. They completely emptied the kitchen cabinets -- which hadn't been cleaned inside for about 6 years -- carefully moving all the contents, including dishes and glassware, into several cartons for temporary storage. Not only did they thoroughly clean the insides and outsides of the cabinets, but they used some magic product that cleaned the outsides of the cabinets so that they were no longer sticky -- I had tried every kind of product and scrubbed those cabinets down numerous times without removing the sticky surface over the years, and they are finally no longer sticky! Both cleaners were a pleasure to work and talk with and they approached the job with smiles and enthusiasm and confidence. As this was a first cleaning of this place -- and the first time I had hired Bobbie's Divas to clean for me -- Bobbie and Nikki came by about 2 hours into the project to check in. They were friendly and professional. I had already formed a very positive impression of Bobbie's professionalism and careful listening from our phone conversations, and in person I felt the same confidence that I was dealing with people who I would be able to trust over time. It is my intention to have Bobbie and her Divas continue to do regular cleaning of this space, and as well to have her start servicing our home as well. My expectations were exceeded in every way dealing with Bobbie and Nikki and her Divas in this first encounter.

Bobbie and her cleaning divas were excellent!!! They were they most professional and respectful cleaning service I have ever had the pleasure of using. The went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They even cleaned under the refrigerator! I am very pleased with everything. Thank you!!!

They did very well, the staff was excellent and it was a very organized business. I had a clear understanding and the employees were very nice.

Two of Bobbie's Divas typically spend about 2 hours bi-weekly cleaning my home. They are very professional and courteous. I have been having my home cleaned by Bobbie's Cleaning Diva's for approximately 8 years and have always been very pleased with their service. They leave my home sparkling clean, not always an easy task with my boys and my dogs! Thank you Bobbie for a great service all these years!!

I couldn't be happier with Bobbi and her crew. First of all, the cleaning took nearly two full days (longer than expected), but she only charged $1000 when it should have been a lot more. I have really high ceilings and they brought ladders to clean every single nook and cranny. They cleaned the inside and outside of over 40 windows. She even vacuumed out the vents that were super dusty from neglect (not a full air duct cleaning). Everything was cleaned with environmentally safe products. She took down all the light fixtures and thoroughly cleaned them. In the kitchen, all cabinets (inside and out), all applianced (inside and out) were thoroughly cleaned. The list goes on and on. During our first walk-through, she pointed out things she wasn't happy with that I didn't even notice that she wanted to finish the next day. I've used other cleaners in the past and Bobbi is by far the best by a mile. The price was well worth it for the assurance that there was not one part of my home left unclean. Book her now!

I have used Bobbie's Cleaning Divas as my house cleaner for going on about 4 years now. They do an excellent job over all but it's the little things that really stand out. All her staff are trained in proper sanitation techniques. No cross contamination from bathrooms to kitchen etc. They take it seriously. The owner travels to trade shows and seminars to stay at the forefront of the cleaning industry she truly brings it to the level of a profession. They show up on time and spend special detail to the areas that need it most. I have never had any reservations about them having full access to my home. One time a five dollar ceramic spoon holder was accidentally broke. I received a call at work, explaining the situation, with an offer to replace it. I trust them in my home and around my valuables.

She came out and looked at my house and told me she would give email me an estimate but never did.

Bobbie's team does excellent work most of the time. On the two occassions it wasn't up to their usual standards, I've let Bobbie know and she comes the very next day to fix it - even when i've told her it wasn't neccesary. My hardwood floors can be a challenge due to my pets but they come out fantastic when her team has been there. Bobbie is very approachable and a hard worker - and I feel her prices are reasonable. I would recommend her team to anyone.

Great! My wife contacted Bobbie and got the framework of what they'd be doing and rough cost. Bobbie herself paid a visit to our home to scope the specifics and give us a firm quote. She is definitely willing to work inside your budget, which was appreciated. The first cleaning was last week and we couldn't be happier, the crew came and cleaned the area we designated top to bottom and organized things in spots, as well. Would highly recommend this company if you're like us and between work, school and kids.....there just isn't enough time in the week to keep the house as clean as you may like!

Bobbie came out and met with me at my home. She walked through all the rooms and went over in detail what they will do for cleaning. She even checked my shower vent and dryer vent for dust. There are different levels of service you can request. She provided me with the detailed plan and cost estimate. She also went over any valuables or sentimental items they needed to take special care of. We agreed on a plan, price and schedule. They have consistently shown up on time, are very professional and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Friendly, professional and trustworthy!

They are very good. They are very efficient and accommodating. I can't say anything bad about them. We were very pleased with the price.

I thought they almost always did a great job. When they didn't, they would do better next time. We just had a problem a couple of times with the cat getting out and we couldn't risk it any more. We've lost cats to coyotes in the past and didn't want the heart break again. If you don't care about that though, we had a good experience. If it wasn't for the cat situation, I would have given them an A. I really hated to let them go.

I found the company's name on Angie's list and took the time to fill in a long form that they had on their Web site and write a long explanation of what I wanted, but I never got a reply . If there's some problem, and they didn't receive my submission, then I'll listen to what they have to say, but as things go, I feel as if I wasted my time and either their Web site doesn't work, or they don't care about having new business.

Bobbie Frugoli came out to our home in April of 2012, with a Welcome Packet for Bobbie's Cleaning Divas explaining what her company would do in our home on a Bi-Weekly basis. They offer different levels of service, and we were able to choose a level of cleaning that best fit our needs and budget. We like being able to pick up the phone and speak to the owner, Bobbie, if we have special requests, or need to reschedule our cleaning. The service has been great!
