He was contacted to provide a quote for a residential house cleaning after a tenant moved out. The cleanup was to include washing windows, walls, cabinetry, floors, bathrooms, and baseboards. I was given a quote between $150 and $200 without him coming to see the property. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cape. We set up a time and he came on schedule. Went over again the work that was to be done. He told me that windows were $10 a piece for an easy tilt to clean window in addition to the cost of cleaning and that the job would be over $300. He came with one other person. He did not have window cleaning supplies, so he had gone to a store 15 minutes away to purchase the product. He called me three hours later and told me he was finished. I went through the house with him and pointed out windows that weren't cleaned. He told me that the walls were not all washed. Overall the work was not done to my satisfaction and it was all pointed out to him as he attempted to do the work as I was pointing it out. The house requires to be recleaned and I am very dissatisfied with the level of attention to detail. I would not recommend. The cost per hour was $50.
