+ 0 moreGreat! We had discussed the job during the winter. He called EARLY in the spring, reviewed the work to be done, showed up and worked diligently when the weather allowed, finished the job. As I proposed additional work (the sills, the door), he incorporated that into the job, revising his estimate, always letting me know what to expect.
Description of Work: Repaired 13 rotten posts and some decking on the front porch. Mike cut out the bad parts and replaced them with pressure treated lumber inserted into metal holders to allow for drainage. He fashioned, primed, and installed sturdy trim, also pressure-treated to replace the wimpy quarter-round molding that had been used before. He also installed a kitchen cabinet and repaired another, replaced rotten door sills in the garage and basement, installed a new side door in the garage. All fine quality work.
