We had a great experience. Mr. Rizzo was current on code requirements and took the extra step of speaking with the town's building code department to clarify for us appropriate fence size for the property. Mr. Rizzo kept us well informed of the process, timing, cost of materials and listened closely to our concerns. The finished product looks fantastic It is a remarkable improvement to the property. The work was very carefully done and fairly priced. Mr. RIzzo was wonderful to work with.

The owner was really good. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the supplier from whom he got his materials. It had to do with the hurricane and flood. The place that they were getting the materials from, were in the area which was up in New Hampshire Vermont that was flooded from the hurricane and they had no access to a bridge, which meant that they could not get the supplies to us. It took a little long there, but once they started to get going, it was fine. The company, I would say was really good. His price was really reasonable. We got a couple of quotes and his seems to be the most reasonable. However, just a little bit of a hiccup. I would have to consider using their services again in the future. The other thing I did not like was that after the job was done, my mom who lives with us was talking to one of the neighbors, she ended up having to go and clean up behind her garage. All the dirt and rock that they had dug up, they put it behind there. Therefore, that was little bit on the down side too.

Vincent (vinny) Rizzo is a very personable individual and does exactly what he recommends for a solution. Also, he cleans up after he is finished with the job. He was very knowledgeable about installing new fencing as well as what specific repairs are needed to an existing fence. Arrived on time and completed the work as we agreed. He was quite open about making recommendations and took the time to explain why my fence began to fall apart after only 5 years of service. Very, very pleased.
