About us

SIIMS is all All-Around single family management/maintenance company. We provide various services for your full-time residence, to vacation homes in and around Boston (we also service the Cape.) We are a small company that thrive to follow through and be attentive attentive to all clients we serve. • Complete management of property: From utility payments to home repairs (currently on their 3rd property) • Mortgage payment monthly • Paying for all utilities (setup auto-pay) • Schedule sub-contractors accordingly – figure out what’s needed first and go from there • Oversee/Manage Property Management Company – schedule repairs, schedule services, oversee homes maintenance with super • Take vehicles in for servicing (from oil change, dent removed and accidents) • Schedule to have vehicles shipped to different parts of the country • Travel with family when needed • Pet travel, Pet sitting and Pet walking Hands on tasks that I have personally taken on in the past (for current employers) • Painting (interior and exterior) • Bath remodels • Assembling of furniture . Light plumbing . Light electrical • Hanging wall art • Trim install (interior and exterior) • Rearranging furniture as needed/required • Changing out kitchen/Bath faucets • Installing Sheetrock • Power washing exterior of property • Replacing electrical sockets • Replacing light fixtures • Furniture painting • Furniture repair • Yard work
