+ -1 moreSame thing happened about 2 mouths ago, we called same company(Rapid Flow), forget that persons name, he was frustrated and only use small snake just let water out, he refuse us a right tool to clean out the pipe, we know it will happen soon. Today, the basement gets water again. We want to change a company this time, but call other company and they are busy. We called Rapid Flow again, Joseph come over in an half of hour and did very good job. If you like use this company, I recommend Joseph Kelley.
Description of Work: Joseph did good job today. Main line backing up in basement, clean out the stack and pulled back some roots.
