Description of Work: The communication was not good. They were late. | | I had purchased a discount coupon for a couple of hours of cleaning and when the end time was nearing they simply stopped midway through the job and left without offering to finish. I would have been happy to pay more but they seemed to be in a hurry. They seem competent but I was not impressed

Description of Work: Two women arrived on time. They did a thorough cleaning of kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. I don't think the house has ever been this spotless. We will definitely use Primus again. The owner is Sania, and she is very professional, courteous and honest.

+ -1 moreSania and her team arrived at the designated time. I gave her a description of what I wanted done and she and her team got right to it. I really liked the way they paid attention to detail. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. I hardly knew they were in my house they were so quiet. My house was the cleanest it has been in a long time. My hardwood floors and rugs looked close to new and I have 3 dogs!! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in coming home to a clean house.

+ -1 moreArrived a few minutes later than scheduled time. Sania came with 2 women. They brought their own equipment. Sania asked if there were any cleaning items I did not want her to use. First, she sprayed the inside of the ovens. Then went upstairs and cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and hallway. The carpet had some areas of dirt which they cleaned. They put items back on the furniture where they belonged. Downstairs, cleaned another bath, kitchen, den, LR and DR. Meticulous. Pleasant. Thorough.
Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned the house -- ovens, baseboards, cabinets, light switches, plus all the usual. I don't think the house has ever been cleaned as well.

Their cleaning was above and beyond what I had hoped for. When I tell you that they cleaned Everything.......I mean, they cleaned EVERYTHING!!! Even my oven!! They were professional and friendly and didn't leave my house until it sparkled in every corner of every room!! I can't wait to have them cleaning on a regular basis. I highly recommend them!! You will not be disappointed.

+ -1 moreCurrently, Sania and her crew clean my home bi-weekly. They are trustworthy, pleasant and diligent. Sania is easy to reach through texting or voice calls. Before I moved, she did a final cleaning of my previous home. She charged a reasonable $250 for about a 2500 sq ft home that had all of the residual filth left behind moved furniture and such. She put me at ease and did the job so well. The new owners of my previous home commented on how lovely the place looked after Sania's touch. I'm so glad that I had that push to find reliable cleaners - now I have reliable cleaners every other week and would highly recommend them to anyone considering that.

They even cleaned our closet in the bathroom! Also, didn't clean a child's room who didn't want it disturbed so the communication was effective. I;m thrilled with these very nice and professional women.

I used to think the only way to really get a spotless bathroom was with bleach, but Sania gets things even cleaner using alternatives. She's always punctual, responds immediately and readily to sudden schedule changes or requests and is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her and the Primus Cleaning team enough!
