PEREZ PAINTING

Oscar is very responsive and he and his team did a great job for us. We are very pleased with their work.

Ernesto Perez has painted the ceiling of our living room/kitchen area twice after we had several leaks that resulted in brown-ish water stains. He first stopped by to see the problem and then came over with a partner to paint the entire downstairs ceiling. After moving furniture and covering various objects with plastic to protect them from errant drops of paint, Ernesto applied a "stain kill" coat, waited an hour, and then applied fresh white ceiling paint. He and his partner did a meticulous job for a very reasonable fee. Several months later we had a smaller amount of water damage. I called Ernesto and he came over just a few days later to take care of the problem. I had to convince him to take more money than what he had requested since even though it was a small job it took up most of his morning. In addition to being a reliable, neat-as-can-be painter he was extremely personable. I would call him again in a minute, probably next time to paint the entire interior of our home.
