NORTH SHORE DESIGN REMODELING

North Shore Design did an excellent job on my kitchen renovations. The work was done on time and within budget. Joe Fruciano is the ultimate professional and very easy to work with. I would happily work with him again. I feel I made an excellent choice!

Joe Fruciano, the owner, worked with us and provided us his expertise right from the start as we negotiated a final settlement with the insurance carrier. He counseled with us on the detail, level and quality of the restoration. He worked with us as a partner. He was on schedule at each phase. The workmanship and materials were excellent. He was right on budget! We highly recommend North Shore Design without reservation. Note: The service location was the North Shore of MA, (not the location below)

We received 3 estimates - North Shore came in the middle, but, they were not available to do the work when we needed it so we went with another contractor

The project went very well. These kinds of projects always take more time than originally anticipated but we really enjoyed working with Joe and his team. Joe is very responsive and understanding. He is easy to work with and willing to make adjustments as things are moving along. He was very patient and offered advice where we needed it. Leon the carpenter is very friendly and his work is fantastic.

Job was perfection from beginning to end. Project began when they said it would and completed when they said. Extremely clean crew, worked long hours. Finish carpentry was masterful. Love the results. Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again for other projects. A gem of a company.

I would have chosen North Shore Design Remodeling but I went with a local firm.

I obtained Joe's name/company from the kitchen cabinet showroom, and was anxious that I would be working with a contractor I did not personally know through a friend. But my fears were allayed within days of being introduced to Joe and his crew. Joe is the consummate professional. The most critical piece in any project, whether at work or at home, is communication; and Joe is OUTSTANDING at keeping the client informed. I honestly have never met a more reasonable, capable, and effective contractor: Joe contacted me by phone or text almost every day to update me on the status of work being done or to be done. That is an invaluable characteristic, providing peace of mind and building the utmost trust in his and his staff's work. The work product is also exceptional: all of the finish work has been meticulously carried out, with great care in cleanup as well. Despite delays from other contractors I hired for flooring, countertop, and tiling, Joe kindly arranged schedules to accommodate their work. Because I was disorganized (unusual for me!) when he and his staff arrived to begin the renovation, they helped me move all sorts of stuff that I hadn't finished storing in boxes, which is above and beyond their scope of work. I am so thankful for this compassionate assistance, and for some practical advice he gave me (rent a pod to store all first floor furniture in while floors are being removed and new flooring installed; hire a mover for this). It has been my pleasure to work with Joe and his crew member, Leon, as well as the electrician and plumber he hired. Thank you, gentlemen! I love my new kitchen!

Totally professional! I thought I was going to be able to handle more of the project up front but was unable to due to many complications. Joe was able to problem solve effectively, motivate, and execute on the plans that were not cast in stone most of the time. After calling many contractors and getting either no reply or walkaway pricing I was refreshed after meeting Joe. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! I continue to get compliments on how great the interior of my house looks following the transformation...

Joe and his team of professional craftsmen were outstanding from start to finish. We felt like they were our partners in the project. He worked closely with our designer and cabinetry vendors to ensure the quality and delivery of the project. North Shore kept on schedule and to budget through the whole project. Any time an issue arose, Joe and his team were quick to let us know and engage us in resolving it. No surprises. We plan on using them again soon for another interior remodeling project of similar magnitude.

Extremely happy with my experience with Joe and Leon from NSD. They accommodated a slightly accelerated schedule, showed up on time everyday, answered all my questions, and did an absolutely beautiful job. There was an issue with the original design (not their fault at all), and they came back to correct the problem asap with no hassle at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with them and I would recommend them to others. Joe Fruciano was very easy to reach and he was very responsive. He called me before I even had to get in touch with him. The work was done in a timely manner. He and his workers came on time and when they said they would. There were times when I needed to leave them here alone, and I felt comfortable doing this. I thought they were very trustworthy. I'm thinking about doing a bathroom again in the future, and I would definitely hire them again.
