 + 0 moreWonderful job! Sandy and her crew were able to deep clean each room in under 1.5 hours. They come back weekly to help refresh it. The whole crew is polite, professional, and fast. Sandy is always responsive to my texts and lets me know if they are running late. Also, she saw that I require extra shelving in the kitchen and arranged for a professional carpenter to install them at a decent price. He did a great job as well!

 + -1 moreOMG, fabulous! Three lovely women came and cleaned every corner of my small apartment. They were even able to get layers and layers of grime off the kitchen floor and expose the linoleum. Every room is shiny and sparkling. They went out of their way to deep clean bedroom and living room, too, which I did not expect. I cried when I saw how clean everything was.
Description of Work: Deep -- I mean DEEP - cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen was filthy and linoleum was damaged so impossible to clean.

 + -1 moreSandra and her team operate very efficiently and professionally. They are thorough, competitively priced, and a pleasure to work with. Sandra goes beyond the business relationship to provide suggestions around scheduling, coordination around entry into units for one-time cleanings, and is generally very flexible. Another area that really sets Sandra apart is how she looks out for her customers as if they were family. She took care of my fathers apartment and would let me or my brother know if she saw changes in his mood, or other areas where we might be concerned. For years she did the same thing for my great aunt, making sure not only to take care of the apartment, but also keeping an eye out for anything that might be of a concern to family members. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Description of Work: Sandra has been providing cleaning services on a recurring basis and on a on-time basis for myself, family members, and renters of mine for a number of years.

Description of Work: New England Cleaning has kept the Board of Health from my door for 16 years. They thoroughly clean my apartment once a month, keeping the floors shiny, the bathroom spotless, the whole placed dusted and organized. They have also hung curtains, fixed broken cupboard doors, gotten up on ladders and cleaned light fixtures, cleaned cat hair off everything and brightened up my life immeasurably!!!! Everything is done with smiles and kindness. They also have helped with organizing closets, which was a huge, daunting task that they did with perfection. My house would not be a home without their service. HIghly recommended. They also clean the building that I live in keeping common areas dusted, vaccumed, polished, which is a huge task as this is a historic building where nothing is easily cleaned. We have had other cleaning services when the building was managed by another company. No one does what New England Cleaning does. They seem to see dirt that other companies do not see. Fingerprints wiped off windows, bits of outdoor trash are gathered and thrown away, garbage bags are left for us, washing machines are cleaned. Other services ignored all that, but New England has an eye for things that other cleaners don't see. It makes a big difference, going that extra mile. We appreciate it highly.

 + -1 moreBeautiful job. My home always looks new again. I have company coming to stay for a week and I am proud to welcome them in! My own children love it when she comes to clean and return to hanging their clothes in closets for days afterwards! Sandy has trained her team to clean properly. Her 15 years of experience and professionalism is evident. I asked her once why my kitchen comes out so clean after she does it compared to my daily cleaning - she told me that the secret is in wiping three times! They also pick up and stack small furniture and rugs to clean floors when it's reasonable. For the first cleaning she has to go deep and it will take longer and cost more - after that she can maintain your home with biweekly cleanings. Give her a try and you will look forward to her coming and even plan your entertaining around her schedule!
Description of Work: Cleaned three bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, playroom, 2 bedrooms, washed and waxed floors and interior windows. Vacuumed and dusted everything.
