I now have accounts in Everett, Revere, Saugus, Winthrop, Malden, Medford and Cambridge. M.A.S. provides Cleanups - Maintenance - Design - Snow plowing to Residential and Commercial properties. I offer season proposals that consist of A Spring cleanup with Mulch, Weekly or bi weekly Lawn and property Maintenance, Fertilizing, Pruning and Fall cleanups. We also do one time jobs and projects as well. New lawn installations, Block walls, Planting, Stone borders, General Repairs, I provide nothing less than honest, dependable, quality filled services. Description of Work: Mark set up an initial appointment for a new estimate. He did not show up or call to say he couldn't make it. I called him and he gave me some excuse and said he would call me the next morning and come to my house. Again, he did not sow up or call me for the SECOND cancelled appointment. Obviously, MAS is NOT reliable nor dependable.

My first appointment with [member name removed] was scheduled for Tuesday 9/21 at 5pm. He called me at 5:45 and asked why I didn't show up? I stated My kids babysitter wasnt able to show up and I have been fighting traffic to pi k my kids up. I apologized several times in which he seemed like he understood. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 9am. I was not able to call him until 10am We set a time to meet within 30 minutes in which I did show up! I do my best to be punctual and show up on time. However, I am only human! [Member name removed] from the start seemed like a man that I could just not please. He was not interested in any other conversation or recommendations other than what he wanted! The meeting left me a little uncomfortable by the result of how we got along. I have several positive reviews here on Angie list. I hope the good out weighs the bad! The fact is some people you just can't please. I DID call and I did show up. Consumers can write whatever they want on here. But again I am only human and I hope my good reviews and reputation out weighs this experience. Best of luck [member name removed].I hope you find a contractor the shows up for you the Second he is scheduled. Sincerely Mark

It went great!
Description of Work: I met with the owner, Mark. He was punctual. He knew his plants, bushes and trees. He is not a guy who is just trying to make a living by cutting grass. He knows his stuff. He provided me with a written proposal which included all the work to be done, when it would be done, how often it would be done, and how much it would cost. I like this guy a lot!
