Joe's Carpet Cleaning

Joe was on time, very polite, and professional. He was knowledgable about the carpet and the cleaning process and explained to me why he was cleaning the carpet in a particular way. He was neat and was in and out in no time.

We bought a Groupon for Joe's Carpet Cleaning, which is always a gamble, but with carpet cleaning being expensive we figured it was worth a try. Joe was very nice and professional. When scheduling the service he was accommodating and flexible. Our Groupon had actually expired by the time he came to do the cleaning, but because we scheduled it prior to the expiration date, he honored the full promotional value. While he was here we asked him for a quote to clean a particularly stained wool area rug. He was very honest and said that it would be unlikely that he would be able to remove many of the stains from that rug and recommended a product from Home Depot that could help with any future stains. The scent he used to clean our wall to wall carpet was fresh and not over powering. The job was very well done, all visible stains were gone from the carpeting and stairs. The cost of the cleaning of the 300 sq foot wall to wall carpet was $59 and the stairs were an additional $50. We will definitely be using Joe's Carpet Cleaning soon for our sofa and area rugs.

For prospective customers, here is my advise, and below that further details on investigation going on with Groupon on the deceptive practices. Very deceptive and fraud practice.. Take my advise, and please refrain from doing business with these guys, more so when you signup for a promotional service. They will rip you, and if you finally give in to their pressure, they will provide a very unprofessional and subpar service, something that you can do with an ordinary steam vacuum cleaner. They will promise they will use truck mounted cleaner, but will actually use a simple vacuum cleaner, the types you get at Walmart, and after you have done all your work removing furniture and taking time off, you will give in to their pressure tactics. This is my experince in details: Joe's Carpet Care, is running a very deceptive practice and cheating gullible customers using Groupon Ads. On the ad they would say that they will clean the room at 50% off using truck mounted steam system. When you book, schedule and do all the work with removing furniture, they come with a regular steam vacuum(similar to what you get at Walmart for cheap) and would suggest this is all he will do for the money paid to him. In my case, he was very rude and gave me an ultimatum when questioned on the cleanup process, that either I get this ordinary cleaning or nothing for the fraction of cost that I was paying using Groupon. Also, he rushed to his truck in between and redeemed the voucher - which I later found out after I called Groupon. Also, when suggested that this is not per his ad on Groupon, he asked me to wait and quietly slipped away and texted me later that he can't come down. I called Groupon and they have opened an investigation on this as he has a previous history of ripping customers like this. I had taken half day off and removed all furnitures for this and he redeemed the coupon without providing any service. Not to mention he has been ripping hundreds of customers through his deceptive ad.
