From start to finish the project was seamless. Everyone I worked with was responsive, punctual and professional. Reinaldo did the majority of the work and he did a great job. He showed up when he said he would, was respectful of my family and my home and cleaned up every night. Price was more than fair. I would definitely use again and refer to family and friends.

We needed the carpet in our family room ripped up and replaced with ceramic tile. They did an excellent job. They were professional,competent and responsive. They completed the job within a reasonable time. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Job went smoothly and exactly as scoped. J&J team arrived as planned and worked to completion without issue. This floor was difficult because of existing radiant heating system already installed. We needed to convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower due to an upcoming surgery and used Angie’s List to find a contractor. After talking to a few contractors that had good reviews we decided that j&jflooring was the best choice, and used his contactors from start to finish. Everyone one of them was excellent. They were polite, prompt and did quality work. Jay was responsive to all our concerns, and never left us in the dark. I owned a small business for forty years and know when the employees of a company are of that caliber it’s no accident, just a well run business. Needed old aluminum backsplash ripped down and replaced with subway tile. Getting a quote and getting the job scheduled was easy, and I'm impressed with the work that was done. The people (different company) that installed my counter tops were terrible and didn't level them perfectly, but J and J still did a fantastic job making everything look flawless. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

MY BEST ANGIE'S LIST EXPERIENCE EVER! I found J&J Flooring on Angie's List and called them. The owner Jay came the very next morning and emailed me a quote within hours. His price was the best of 3 quotes. His team started the work promptly. I spoke with the installers and they all had >15 years of experience. They made the work look easy. In fact, it was a large job, greater than 2000 feet with a large format (30" x 30") floor tile. There was also a bathroom including a radiant heated floor and a shower with a challenging "wavy" tile. The pictures attached here speak for themselves. The team was professional and worked very hard--10-12 hours a day--to keep the project moving. In summary, this business excelled in every respect: promptness, skill, professionalism, and price. If I had another part of my house to tile, I would definitely hire them again.

I was very pleased with the work done by J&J Flooring. From the initial walk through to the final sign off, Jay, the owner, was present and made sure that all the details discussed for the work were done properly. The project that I hired J&J to do was to replace the existing tile flooring in the bathroom. During removal of the tile, a leak was discovered in the shower pan of the stand up shower. Jay was able to offer a cost effective solution and fix the leak while doing the tile job for the floor. I also made the decision to change the wall tiles in the stand up shower while the project was in progress. Jay was flexible with having a work man available to do this additional work, as well, while the project was in process. A benefit of working with Jay of J&J was the ability to communicate via text, phone, email regarding the status of the work, making discussing changes in the work an easy task. Another benefit of working with Jay is that the workman doing the demo or tile work are employees of Jay. All of the workman did work that I would consider excellent. If you are looking to remodel a bathroom, I would definitely recommend J&J.

Project went great! I would give them A++ for great service and excellent craftsmanship. Has a small issue that they can back and fixed right away can’t even tell.

Working with this company was excellent. Jay was responsive, and went above and beyond — even when the guys removed the existing fiberglass shower and found there was no framing behind it, on Thanksgiving week, he called his connections and completed the project on schedule. Work was excellent, shower looks awesome and the price was great.

We called JJ flooring to come out to repair some tile and grout that was leaking. It turned into a complete master bathroom demo and remodel. Jay and his team were extremely professional, kind, and patient throughout the whole process. We highly recommended their services.

Found J&J on Angies list one Saturday morning. They came out that day to take measurements. Gave me a quote on Tues. They started the large project the following week and finished in a few days. The work was outstanding. Done very quickly and the price was very reasonable. We have other projects in our house to do and will be calling them again.

We hired Jay of J&J Flooring to do our master bath renovation. We decided to not hire a contractor and the remodel was a complete renovation. We could have not done it without Jay and his team! They were a one stop shop for demo, flooring, tile work, installing heated flooring and even drywall as well as guiding us to other professionals. His team is incredibly hard working, working 12 hour days. Whenever we had a question Jay would get back to us promptly. Without a contractor we greatly appreciated Jay's guidance and reliability.

The work was done very well and they were able to accommodate an aging home and it's unique characteristics :). I was very pleased overall with the work and professionalism.

All employees who came to the house were nice. However, they were two hours late for the install day and did not call ahead of time. They didn't quite apologize but ended up hey adjusting our price for the inconvenience since it affected my wife's schedule that day. The work came out nice. Several weeks after the install, we noticed the grout was chipping away in a few areas. We called and they came out rather quickly to repair for no charge except we had to buy more caulking.

Jair does a fabulous job with tile! We are very happy with the result. Jair was able to schedule the work within a week of giving us a quote. He was very careful about the installation. The framing wasn't right on the first day that he came, so he gave us time to fix that and came back the next day to nail in the Durock. He was flexible with us to get the job done right. He then carefully lined up the tile - a beautiful job in a space that doesn't have square walls or ceiling (old home). The floor is laid out beautifully, too. The accent tile was added with an eye to details. Where the tile meets in the corner, they cut a circle tile on each mosaic to make a complete circle in the corner. It is a nice touch. He works in a very clean and tidy way. He is punctual and courteous. They used a drop cloth on our floors every day. They cleaned up after the day's work. We love our new bathroom! Thanks, Jair!
