He responded soon after I sent out the information about needing someone to change the broken torsion spring. Then he came quickly to look at the job. He did a good job. Before he could buy the torsion springs he bracketed the broken one so that the door would function.

Very experienced and knowledgable about garage doors and openers and spring systems. The only help needed was providing a page from the garage door opener manual (as different companies configure the adjustment controls differently). Now the 20 year old garage door closes tight, and no more leaks due to settling of the garage foundation.
