We enjoyed working with Giorgio and also 2 of his brothers, Mario and Sylvano. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were great problem solvers in figuring out how to make some things better (some tricky venting, especially). Giorgio promised the work would take 2 months, but it took 4 months. G and G's work came after months of demolition and mold removal (and delays) with other providers. What a relief to have G and G begin at last in the rebuilding, and to see things move along. Our project involved necessary code upgrades, and insurance required that such work be specifically and separately described. G and G felt that this code description work would take many hours of their time and were not willing to do it. We used the services of someone else to prepare that code work for insurance remuneration. But G and G did do all the construction work, code and otherwise. One caveat: I found it fairly hard to understand Giorgio (and Mario, to some extent) on the phone, as their Italian accents are strong. In person, though, I understood them just fine. Also, I found them more responsive by phone than email. They pick up their calls right away and will get back to you promptly. They were very responsive to our concerns and choices.

I think I remember them being a little more expensive than the person that we ended up going with but they were punctual. They were professional and prompt but we just ended up going with somebody that had a lower price. One other reason was that they took a while to get here. They were very professional.

They were almost excessively detail oriented and did gorgeous work. I took comparative bids and they were significantly lower.

They had amazing attention to detail and very reasonable pricing. The first project I did with them they bid very competitively and way under the other bidders. They really did good work.
