Our condo association has used John in the past for various maintenance and repair items around the building (re-stain and seal decks, repair crumbling concrete steps, exterior painting, etc.). He has consistently done great work at a reasonable price. For this job, following common-area lead paint removal, we needed someone to come in quick to prime and paint the bare wood. John was able to come out the day after I called to look at the job, and he sent his estimate quickly (we received it about two business days after he came out to look). Around the time we needed the work done, there were practically daily thunderstorms, so the work could not be started immediately. John kept us updated on when he thought he could come based on the weather forecast, and was able to juggle some other jobs so he could get the priming in during a dry spell. John was very professional and courteous and, unlike other general repair people we have used, was sincerely concerned we were happy with the job. We will continue to use him.
