+ -1 moreI went down the list of what she had done and I had her do something that isn't normally done. Her boss called me and told me I had to pay her before she left. I asked where my invoice was and she said she would mail it to me. She was there from 8:30 to 2:30. There was only 1 person instead of 2. It was not done well and I had to have another company come in to clean. She did what she could but it wasn't great because she needed more help. I still haven't received a invoice. It was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I have a 2nd floor apartment and wanted the 8 rooms cleaned. They came in and partially cleaned it.

+ -1 morePerhaps because I wasn't a regular customer it wasn't cost effective for Angel Cleaners to clean my apartment.
Description of Work: The first time Geidel's company cleaned they did a fabulous job and I wrote a glowing review but recent events have caused me to change my mind. They have cleaned my 500 sq ft apartment perhaps 6 times and each time I paid them between $65.00 and $150.00 plus tip depending upon how thorough a cleaning for a 500 sq ft apartment. One time, they broke a glass bowl full of change which was not a big deal. What was a concern was that they left the broken glass that my cats could have stepped on. The last time they sprayed a small amount of cleaner on the painted bath wall that caused the paint to run and placed a tissue box in front of it. It wasn't a big deal, we repainted it. The next time I called and left a message for Geidel to please come clean, I asked that they be careful in the bathroom with cleaners on the painted walls. He never returned my call. I just called him again yesterday to please come clean and he left a message saying that because I accused them of "damaging" my apartment I was free to find another cleaning company. I never accused them of anything.

+ -1 moreJerry is fabulous, he is the owner. Initially the person who came to clean did an excellent job, but now there have been several different things that have not been completed. She did come back out to afterwards to clean without charge. When I contacted Jerry about this he said it would never happen again, he's just great.
