We bought our carpet from Lowes and they assigned A & R Flooring as our installers. Ryan from A & R Flooring was very accommodating. We wanted to get our carpet installed on the day of our house closing because the furniture was going to be moved in the next morning and it would have been convenient for the installers to install with on furniture in the room. Our closing timing changed multiple times and Ryan accommodated and got our carpet installed on the same very day in the evening! The installer was very good and he removed the current carpet and installed the new one and cleaned up everything in just 2-3 hours. Also, we have ordered the same carpet in two different sizes for the room and the closet inside the room. However, the installer pointed out that the carpets look and feel different. He asked us before installing and told us to get back in touch with Lowes to get it fixed. We got in touch with Lowes and the very next day we got a call from them that they will replace the wrong one with the correct one. I was very happy with the overall experience.

I'm getting ready to sell my house, and one of the last things I had to do was take care of a floor my daughter ruined trying to "fix it." The whole house has hardwood floors, but this had to be carpeted. (Kids. Gotta love 'em.) Ryan called almost as soon as I placed the order and came to look at the room. Thoroughly pleasant and professional! Robert and John, who did the actual installation, were the kind of people I'd like to have over for dinner, along with the fact that they did a fantastic and efficient job! I would have **no** hesitation whatsoever recommending A & R. I almost feel like having another carpet installed where it isn't needed just to have them back again!
