Description of Work: Karen and a carpenter came to my home, removed a damaged historic window, and installed a custom board in the frame until my window could be repaired. She removed a broken pane of antique glass and installed a new one so that you could never tell the window had been altered. She returned four days later (despite having surgery that week) and re-installed the window.

 + -1 moreShe is wonderful. She came right out. She understood that the time was important in this particular project because we were having some painting done. It was the right time to get the letter glass adrift. She came right out. Normally, she has to take the whole piece out, and she would put a wood piece in there; but she was concerned about the safety and the security. She cut the piece of glass to the side and put that in there for a few days, as she was going to have our piece. She brought it back exactly, when she said she was going to get for two different windows. No one of it was easy. The price was extremely reasonable. She was great. Everything about her was even greater than the grade A.
Description of Work: We used the services of The Stained Glass Emporium to fix the two decorative letter glass windows last fall.
