He was so professional. Showed up on time. Worked full days. Worked nicely with my daughter about details. Very nice and very honest and trustworthy.

Amazing job! He completely exceeded my expectations and did a beautiful job patching and repairing minor imperfections in the walls and woodwork. I would never paint another room myself because there is no comparison to the professional quality.

I thought he was an excellent painter. He was precise and professional. I have a very positive experience with him. He was excellent thorough the whole process. After he left, I did find a couple areas that needed a touch up. I call him, and asked him if he could come back and a do touch up of those areas, but I never heard back from him. Overall, the experience was excellent.. He was so professional and respectful and did a nice job. I would recommend him. I may or may not use him again, depending on the job.

Here?s my experience with this service provider: I purchased the $99 deal thinking it was within my budget and would help me with most of the painting in one room that I could not do because I have a disability. I did not want to spend any additional $$$ as I could handle trim myself. Scott delayed his visit to establish the area he would paint for the ?deal ? On 2 occasions, he called with a suggested time giving me little notice ? I have his voice message from 8PM asking to call at 9 the next morning. I was not available, then he left for a trip to another state. During that time, the 30-day refund deadline expired. When Scott finally stopped by, he immediately stated that he ?typically? charges by the hour and would deduct the $99 I paid for the deal from the total. I did ask for estimates for other painting, but made it clear that I wanted to know the area he would paint for $99. He never told me. During the 2-hour visit, he first said he ?forgot? his tape measure and declined to use the one I offered him. Instead, Scott used his ?arm span? to ?estimate? the area. He even wanted to add a charge to paint vents that I replaced when I purchased my home and still looked like new. He ?estimated? all the work would cost around $1,100. I told him I was on a fixed income and only wanted the area painted for now that came under the $99. He never told me. He told me he would give me his ?painter?s discount? on paint when I told him I had my own paint. He then started talking about using colors he thought were a more appropriate pallet. If I wanted a designer?s consult, I would have purchased an appropriate deal. Scott stated his ?discount? would be 20% at $46/gallon. I checked with local paint stores, and that price is what I would pay with no discount. In fact, one store was offering a 30% discount on a comparable brand. I told him that I wanted a written estimate and I received an Excel file (http://173.254.28.23/~edrigorg/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/precision-painting-estimate.pdf). The ?estimate? showed a total of $1,100 ? the amount he gave me without accurate measurements. His estimate shows my hallway would cost almost double my living room ? my home is 1,100 square feet and I can?t even completely extend my arms between the walls in the hallway. The small, ?L? shaped hallway has 3 bedroom doors, a bathroom door and 2 closet doors. The longest wall is only 6?9? and has a closet. My ceilings are 7.5? and the limit in the deal is 9?. My living room is the largest room in my home. I sent Scott a final e-mail asking for the specific area he would paint for $99 with no further cost to me. He never gave it to me. Angie?s List did give me a ?one-time exception? to the 30-day deadline and stated that I should ?reach out? to them if I?m having a problem with a deal. They also stated: ?Please keep the 30 Day Guarantee in mind for all future Deal purchases? even knowing Scott created the delay. I never expected the bait and switch from him and, had I known he would push to charge an hourly rate, I would have canceled within the 30-day period. Many service providers offer deals where the cost is deducted from the total charged for the work, and those are deals I?m not looking to buy. Had Scott?s offer been to deduct the $99 from the total, I would have never purchased the deal in the first place.

I have had work done by several different contractors over the past 6 years, but Precision Painting certainly stands out among them. I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list on November 16 to try to have the living room painted before our family Christmas party. Scott contacted me on the 18th and he was very accommodating in scheduling. Scott was very quick to respond to emails and we agreed on a date for the job to be done. Scott arrived 15 minutes early and was very professional and courteous. He walked through the process with me and answered all of my questions completely and with a smile. Once he was certain that I had no further questions, he went right to work. I had a large master bedroom painted last year and I can tell you that this was a "night and day" difference in the quality of work Scott provided compared to the two painters that did the master bedroom. Scott's ability to "cut in" was seamless and I did not have dozens of feet of painted woodwork at the end, as I did with the other painter's job! Scott knows what he is doing and is very skilled at his craft! His choices of quality brushes and rollers left a smooth finish without brush strokes or visible "nap" differences. Scott was able to put on 2 coats and cleaned the area completely at the end of the day. Other than the new paint on the walls you would never have known he was there! All-in-all I am extremely pleased with the result and I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Painting to my fellow Angie's list members. I will definitely be calling on Scott again in the future.

Scott is the ultimate professional. He did a fabulous job for us. He works quickly in a very organized manner and pays attention to every detail. It was a pleasure to get to know him. I would highly recommend his services.

I signed up to have a room painted for $100 on Angie's big deal. I did not see that the fine print excluded trim, doors, and windows. My room was a couple of feet larger than the 12 x 13 room that was advertised. His final quote was $600. I felt that was too much for the added trim, windows, and additional few feet of space. I requested a refund.

Scott completed a large interior painting project for our son, who strongly recommended Scott. We have contracted with a number of professional painters over the years and, by far, we are most pleased with our decision to hire Scott for our project. Scott arrived promptly every morning and kept us informed of any issues throughout the project. Scott's finish work was excellent and there were no surprises or mess! Scott was recommended to us by a friend. He did an excellent job painting a few rooms and the ceilings of our home. He is very precise and his 'cutting in' is very sharp. He has great attention to detail and came in on budget and on time. We were able to sell our home in 3 days and over the asking price. We feel the face-lift he gave our home contributed greatly. We also had Scott paint the ceilings and one room in our new home.

Scott was just great. Did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Very meticulous and respectful of our house. And no boom box blasting rock music all day while he worked. He also put in a full work day and the only break I ever saw him take (about 20 minutes) was a short one for lunch - then he was back at it. He stayed with the job full time until it was completed - NOT like some guys who show up, work for a day or two then take off for three days while they work another job. I recommend Scott highly.
