These people are crooks. Takes your money and never returns your calls and avoids you.. came out for my refrigerator and looked at it for one second and says it needs a new fan and tells me that they need to order the part and needed a deposit of $200 and never came back .. I contacted them MULTIPLE times and they never returned my phone call.. I filed a dispute with my bank which investigated and of course they respond to them so they can keep my money .. now filing a police report because something needs to be done with these jerks!! Stay away from this company!! UPDATE! As of today October 4th I had to call them AGAIN! The nasty woman on the phone swore at me and told me I was smoking smoking something. How professional and they come on here to respond to my complaints.. first off your company sucks and you are a bunch of crooks. Apparently they’ve stole money from others as well. They should read the ALL of their complaints.. No worries.. filed a police report and with the attorney general of Mass.. if I can save someone from dealing with this company I will..If anyone is making false statements it’s them not me! Oh and by the way… I was never told anything about cancelling jobs. I didn’t cancel you just stole my money Jerk

We are sorry you feel this way. We are a company that prides ourselves with professionalism and our employees treat all customers with respect. But as you know, your part was on backorder. We do not manufacture the parts and have no control as to when more will be made and this is not a reflection of us as a company. As we explained to you on the multiple occasions you called, the manufacturer does not give us any dates, we are at their mercy and you were free to call them and voice your frustrations with them. You did indeed cancel the job when you filed a dispute with your credit card company, which of course we would respond to, because your service call and part deposit was non-refundable as explained to you again when you mentioned cancelling the job on the phone prior to that. And you have continued to call us over and over again after filing the credit card dispute, letting us know you were filing it after we told you the deposit was non-refundable and continued to call us asking about where your part was after you filed the dispute and cancelled the job. We ask that you refrain from calling us over and over again asking about your part that you don't want anymore and hanging up when we answer moving forward, as you have concluded your business with us. If it continues we will have to file a police report ourselves. Our policy is attached to your invoice regarding any refunds on cancelled jobs if you have any additional questions about cancelled jobs you can refer to that. We wish you the best.

Their technician arrived within 24 hours of me calling and was able to diagnose all of my damaged appliances for my insurance loss. They gave me a fair quote and I felt very comfortable dealing with them and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a “business.” As the other reviews state, our experience was almost identical to many of these reviews. Unfortunately, we were in a pinch and did not read all reviews and trusted that a company under the guise of “family and Veteran owned” would be trustworthy. They came on numerous occasions for our fridge, guaranteed a part would fix it twice, ignored phone calls, and provided almost no communication regarding the issue. We had to leave many voicemails throughout the 4 weeks due to lack of communication despite us paying them over $400. On numerous occasions employees of this company stated they are a 5 star company. I highly recommend reading all reviews on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with Jay who attempted to intimidate me by saying he has all of our calls recorded- which is illegal in the state of Massachusetts. He told me I was twisting my words and being irrational when I said that we were lied to about a guarantee on two occasions that those parts would fix the fridge. He said we can receive a partial refund but they must come take the parts. They would not replace our “broken” parts, which unfortunately, we have no evidence that they needed to be replaced. When I told him we needed to know what we were being refunded for prior to them being allowed in my house, he told me it was not my house. My fiancé and I both own the home so I’m unsure why he thought it was appropriate to say that. He also told me extremely personal information regarding Brett’s (the owner) family member. I left the call feeling unsafe due to the threatening nature, lies, and stating illegal activity of recording the call. I’m unsure what else they are capable of if they are so comfortable acting this way to customers. I have no evidence to believe that this organization is anything but an intentional scam. These people make a living relying on customers not wanting to go through the effort of taking legal action against them. We lost over $400- please beware and spread the word so this doesn’t happen to others.

They said they would come between 8 and 12. They texted my husband when they arrived but he does not check texts often because he is ill. Once we realized they arrived, we opened the door and they did not introduce themselves and went straight to the fridge. They were arguing with each other in front of us. The younger of the two was trying his best to help the older one, but the older one would just fire back at him. I spoke with the owner of the company and he said this behavior is "normal" and that all appointments are recorded and that they listened to the recording and said this was all appropriate behavior. The older guy was getting frustrated because he was too large to get behind the fridge to inspect it. Finally, at the end of the appointment, I had asked what they did to fix the fridge out of curiosity! He seemed a little frustrated in explaining it to me and was arguing back and forth with me on it. I just wanted to understand how they fixed my fridge. I wrote them a check at the end and I let him know I was unsatisfied with the way he was acting towards me and towards the younger man working with him while in my home. As they were leaving, the younger man was getting in the car and the older man said to him "I'm going to kill you." I felt this behavior was very unprofessional. He had asked me to write the check to a company name that was different than what was on their business card. I called the office after they left to speak with the owner about my dissatisfaction. I was told they would call me back, which they did. But, the person I spoke with blamed EVERYTHING on me. I informed the manager that I would pay for the part that was installed, but I wanted a refund for the labor due to them being so disrespectful and for making us uncomfortable in our own home. The person I spoke with then said I was harassing them and that they had lawyers for people like me. I would steer clear of this company, they were unprofessional and disrespectful from beginning to end.
