+ 3 moreOn this job, we would not hear from him for days on end. It was like he did not want to do the job. At one point we sat him down for a talk and he told us he had severely underbid the job so he did not have the people. This made us unhappy. He got the bare basics done that got us through the last winter, but then fired him because he was not getting back with us.
Description of Work: We needed someone second floor shower, but no one was able to do it. We mentioned what we were looking for in a tile store and these guys were recommended to us. He came out and told us what all we needed to do was close out the bottom of the closet. He did bathroom and we loved it. He painter, plumber, and electrician are all great. We then wanted to extend our sun room and walk in deck, which is where the problem started.

+ 0 moreStarted Bad and ended bad. 5.5 months just to get drawing/plans (after we had paid for them).
Description of Work: Builder was completely non-responsive: led my wife and I to believe he would provide services that he later denied. Made several appointments, after we paid him (partial), that he did not keep. He ended up putting in foundation, after ~5.5 mos. (took from mid March to Mid July just to get building plans). (With gaping hole next to house (for 4 weeks) had no choice but to go as far as foundation). Terminated him after foundation was in: just could not trust him to keep his word or to be straight with us. A really really bad experience. His logo is "Doorway to you Dreams": well ours was a nightmare!

Description of Work: They installed a new bathroom in my basement and enhanced my hallway and the porch.
