After I left a message, he called me that night and said he would come over the following Sunday to look at everything and give me a price. He never showed. I left another message and asked him to call me to reschedule or let me know he wasn't interested i doing the work. I never heard from him.

Tom, the owner, is very professional and extremely detailed. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality electrical work done. I was extremely pleased and continue to be extremely pleased with the work done by Greaves Electrical. We also appreciate that Tom includes my wife and I throughout the process of completing the work.

There was an issue with the generator after it was installed - a malfunction of the generator unit, not the installation. Tom was completely involved in resolving the issue. He went above and beyond the "call of duty" - and he never stopped helping to figure-out the problem until the generator was in perfect working condition. My husband & I think the world of Tom for both his pleasant demeanor and complete professionalism. I will use him again - and would recommend him to anyone.

Tom has performed several electrical projects for us in the past year, and we have been very happy with his service. This generator project was largest project to date. Tom was extremely helpful through the entire process, helping me determine exactly which generator was right for our home, he went to home depot and prepared my order for the generator and materials, so all i had to do was walk in and pay. He even picked it up and delivered it himself when it arrived! Tom did a very professional install of the unit, pouring a concrete pad and bolting it to the concrete. Inside the house Tom and his team determined which circuits controlled the rooms that I wanted the generator to power, and helped me determine what I could include and what to leave out. Tom also handled the permit and inspection process. Yesterday, for the first time since the install, the power went out - the generator came on and it worked great! I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I will surely use Greaves Electric again and I would recommend Tom to anyone who needs an electrician.
