Description of Work: Fixed 3 way wall light switch controlling hall lights on first and second floors. Had to replace the switches on both floors. A bit of figuring out. At $200 for 1 and a half hours was maybe a little more expensive than I would have thought but neat and professional.

+ -1 moreIt is a pleasure doing business with Joe and his crew. they do excellent work, are reasonably priced, responsible and very pleasant. iI would give 10 stars if that were possible.
Description of Work: Replaced Stab-Lok panels, knob and tube wiring, faulty switches and a few small odds and ends.

+ -1 moregood. the knob and tube went easily. finding why the switch was flickering took an hour. joe and his crew were easy to be around. I have actually known him since the main renovation was done on my home 11 years ago. I remembered him as pleasant and efficient and called him when I needed this work done. he tells me his main business is installing fire alarm systems.
Description of Work: removed accessible knob and tube wiring, changed wiring on a flickering switch (mouse damage in the walls?), installed smoke and CO monitors.
