He came out when he said he would during the morning rush hour, was right on time, and brought an assistant. He looked over the job, offered to bring an electrician for the dryer plug, and offered to either mail an estimate or call with one. Unfortunately, he never did either. I called a number of times and never got a call back, even to say he didn't want the job. Not sure why he wasted his own time to come to the house in the first place.
Description of Work: I called Mike because I wanted him to install a washer/dryer hookup in our basement.
