Description of Work: Things went fair, I thought that when he came back a second time and had to pay an additional $125 because I thought it was the shower that had the leak and it was the toilet flange pipe that was coroded that indeed he should have noticed that initiallyin the first service call. I had complained about a leak in my toilet and he examined the toilet and said it was the casket where the float (which is true) but did not check the pipe below which was badly coroded and should have been replaced when he was to my house the first time. He actually charged me a $125 more to come out again for another service call. A more thorough review of "whole toilet" condition would have noticed that the pipe to the toilet was badly damaged.
