Lee Kimball are the best people that we ever dealt with. Everything went 100% well and they do whatever you want. Everything went well from the beginning to the end, the people are really pleasant to deal with but mostly they show up when they say they are going to and they do what they say they are going to and the finish the project on time. What we really liked at the end was that they said that they sent two cleaning people for the whole day and they cleaned our whole house.I still talk about them because they were 100% perfect and I highly recommend them.

Based on a reference from a neighbor, we used Lee Kimball for a renovation in our son's condo. We could not have been more pleased. Everyone we dealt with was terrific. The process was completely transparent with explanations along the way, with scheduled weekly meetings during construction to ensure everyone was up to date with what was happening. Their design center made it easy to make the choices and get a good idea of what would work together. The work was done beautifully. We subsequently used them on two other substantive projects and it was the same great expereince. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Met with Bruce both in our house and at his show room, worked with drawing up a conceptual plan which led to combining the living room into the kitchen making it one great room. His excellent and professional staff helped draw up several different plans and layouts to review and improve upon. His showroom has selections of cabinets, counters, hardware, backsplashes among other things. It was a fantastic experience. Regretfully it was over our budget and we needed to go a different route thus put N/A for quality. That route extended the process significantly, the quality and experience not as what was expected from that of the experience we had from Bruce and his team. In the end our project is coming together with headaches and grief. We wish our budget could of afforded Bruce and his team! They are definitely thorough, caring and dedicated to perfection! Don't think you can go wrong with them, would consider them again for other projects in the future. Good luck with your remodel!

They did our kitchen and bathroom about eight or nine years ago. They did a terrific job then. They gave us some drawings and plans for the office remodel. They were pricey. Whatever they came up with was more than he wanted and more than what we wanted to spend. We wanted something really much simpler. But the designs were well executed and they were willing to work with us around the price. It was clear that they were up a couple steps on the ladder than we were interested in going. We called them for the estimate because they did such a great job on our kitchen and bathroom. I recently had some repairs on things that they installed. The service people commented that it was good. We would not hesitate to call them again. We would have had them do the job if the price had been within our budget. The estimate was around $80000. Negotiating around that didn't make sense because it was so much more than what we wanted to spend. I think they miscalculated what we were saying which was unfortunate. They just were very good. They provided good follow up as well. They left me a book with every appliance documented. Whatever they were proposing was beautiful. If you have the money, they are great to work with.

I ended up going with another company. I ended up not going with him because of the price. His price was a lot higher. The company I went with was around $150,000. They were a wonderful company and their customer service was amazing. I'm sure it would have been beautiful but the price was out there for me.

They were extraordinarily good at what they do. Everything is top notch. That has been 6 years ago and I can't think of a thing that I would change.

Very very good experience. Very professional. Did things as promised and the follow up has been excellent. I would highly recommend.
